Resolved Possible Slotum Issue

I messed up, when I opened up my Slotum account I put in the correct year of birth but accidentaly reversed the month and day, so instead of putting 21 I typed 12, I have reached out to the rep on PM, my concern is that I have a 7k withdrawal pending, I am hoping they will be reasonable, I have nothing to hide, I do not play with bonuses and only have 1 account, I have never not been paid from a casino and never had to PAB.......what a screw up.

I have done a similar mistake before and they fixed it for me through live chat :)

No, I made a w/d, then the reversed it pending verification, upon verification they didnt want scanned copies I took pictures, thene they came back with my DOB doesnt match.......I was in disbelief, I couldnt understand what they were talkking about and thought they misread it, at that point I went into my profile and noticied the error, it is locked so I couldnt make any changes, just replied in the email that it was an honest mistake and there was no motive behind it (no bonus or multiple accounts), just a plain dyslexic error.

I had same mistake in Kaboo few years ago and they fixed it when i tried to withdraw.Everything was done in minute,no problem at all.

Hope that will be the case with you,although this casino rep is not much active

I am sure they would understand as you have shown proof DOB and letting them know it was a typo and ask if it can be updated to match your documents. I don't know this casino and it is a large withdrawal so just tell them you will send anything they need, being charming mostly works :)
 
Just got off being on hold with Live Chat for 22 mins, he said it has been referred to a manager and get back to them tomorrow.....

It’s a mistake mate, your a stand up guy here so hopefully you won’t have a issue..

They weere baptized and acrredited this year, plus there's a rep....but he seems to be rather AWOL and might need a poke with a stick by either @Casinomeister or @LadyJelena

wasn’t sure if max was the right person to tag as wasn’t aware of any rep, the OP is also as said decent and been here a while so wanted to help him.

Really can't see this being an issue at all, it's clearly a simple mistake.

Would be a super fast route into the Rough section if they did.

I guess chat support, just want to cover their own butt, by checking further up the chain.

I have sent a PM but no answer as of yet, we will see what they have to say, 100% innocent typo, no bonuses involved on multiple deposits.
 
I had to stop playing there as they closed my account after I criticised them for messing up my cashout. I deposited through both bitcoin and ecopayz. Ehen I won through a bitcoin deposit I requested a cashout thru bitcoin which was rejected. Live chat told me to cashout via ecopayz which I did. Then they reversed the cashout saying I didnt meet 3x wagering which is untrue.

I protested and after several live chats and emails they finally sent payment which was followed by a mail telling me my account was closed without reason. I asked them why and received a mail with a text containing words seemingly in Arabic. It seems these people know nothing about proper customer service. Dont patronise this casino unless you like being hassled.

I'd say that if the new @Slotum Casino person doesn't handle it then file a PAB.
Unfortunately the PAB system is down at the moment but that'll get resolved ASAP.
 
Have to give a further Thumbs Up to Slotum, made withdrawal of 5k (4+1) lastnight, already in my account this morning.....lightning fast.
