Yeah, yet another affiliate programme 'rebranding' or moving platform (usually a euphemism for costing the affiliate in most cases, hopefully not in this instance!).
So 2 weeks ago we are e-mailed telling us to log in on 1 April (no joke) to Gogame to get new links and we could still log in for 3 months to get stats for the old BingoCams account.
Turns out the new Gogame isn't ready yet, no e-mail received regarding that, so I contacted them to ask if the old links would still work. Was told not. Now I have received another mail back saying the old Bingocams links WILL still work. The original e-mail never said specifically your players would be ported over, but the inference is there as it said 'By April 2 all statistics must be up to date'.
Aside from Intercasino/Vera John changing to JPL which was merely a rebrand and not a platform change, I have never seen a programme change that has both gone smoothly and not seen revenues mysteriously bomb thereafter.
I hope this won't be the case here, but in my relatively short time as an affiliate, I learnt to be cynical very quickly.
