I want to unconditionally assure you that these policies are not in place to track our players in any way. The policy to lock out any attempts to access your account from a computer address not registered to your account is in place to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized use of your identity and account funds.
This is in line with our policy that will lock and account if an incorrect password is used three times to access an account. The use of an incorrect e-mail address used to request player information will generate a request for the e-mail to be re-sent from the players registered address.
