Resolved Pokertime(Microgaming) locked my account need help!!!

Sounds good to me. Make sure he understands the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ -- especially concerning the restrictions on posting while the PAB is in progress -- and make sure his PAB is comprehensible and we're off to the races.

I'll need to know your email for this so I can CC you on stuff. Otherwise everything has to go from me to him to you and back again and that's too much lag time.

Good luck guys, I'll keep my eyes peeled for the resubmitted PAB.

Thanks Slotmonster for volunteering to help the OP. And thank you Maxd for allowing the PAB to be re-opened.

OK, I corrected the complaint, and the OP is about to re-submit the PAB.

Upstrick = slang? It sure isn't a word that appears in the English vocabulary.

It's not slang, it's just misspelling because the OP doesn't know English, and it was automatic translation.

Ok, I've received the redo on the PAB and will get to it sometime today.

I received confirmation this morning that the OP's issue has been resolved.

The casino rep offers the following advice for anyone caught in a similar situation:
> Some advice to players who experience similar issues where
> they are convinced they have not committed any
> misdemeanour would be to insist on requesting hand numbers
> where the offense took place on and demand that the
> operator takes up the issue with CFC.

Thank you, Max!
I'm glad that I also was able to help. Sometimes not knowing English may cause a lot of troubles :)

Yes indeed. Like I've said, I live in a country where I don't speak the language very well so I know how it feels.

Good going....:)

So, their line about it being out of the poker room's hands was untrue?

The OP DID request hand histories, but this was REFUSED, citing "security issues". It seems the operator ONLY did a PROPER investigation once they had a third party intervention from Max. This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Operators MUST undertake a PROPER, and FAIR investigation, and NOT stonewall players until they bring in the "big guns", THIS kind of behaviour is what drives some aggrieved players to bring in the wrong kind of "big guns" to bear (blackmail) because they are getting stonewalled at every turn when trying to resolve the matter through support.

I conclude from this that whatever was going on, the OP did NOT take part, and was merely a "dolphin caught in the tuna net".

No, I can't confirm that, they maintain that it was in the financial processor's hands.
