Pokerstars Account frozen / no support

Hello,

i did register at PokerStars on Halloween Evening (31th) and i did deposit with my credit card directly some euros.
After i did that my account got immediately frozen. In same time i got the information to send copy of passport & CO. to them.

Till today no reaction, not even an answer or confirmation of them. Im new in online gaming so my question is if this
is normal? There is no phone number to call, to emails they dont respond
