I am new here, so I hope this is appropriate. I am not ready to "PAB" yet, but thought I would share my situation.

I have beeni playing on a new(ish) site called Pokeround. They have been up since April 2005. Mid Sept, I signed up and received a free $10 deposit. The hand requirements were like 10/1 or 100/1 or whatever. Problem was there was no one playing. A month later after the ocassional heads up table, more people started playing. I did fairly well and managed to get my stack to a respectable $900 bucks. This took a long time, and according to live support I had met my requirements about 3 weeks back. Talking to players on the site, many were attempting to withdraw, and according to them and live support, it would require about 30 days, and security forms to withdraw unless you used a neteller account to make a deposit. I deposited $20 and refused the offered bonus. I then requested a $700 withdrawal. According to the site this should take 3-4 days as my neteller account was now established.

That was on Nov. 8, It is now the 24th, and after getting many promises from support and the financial manager at central deposit, the pokeround support has told me they cant help me, its a centraldeposit issue. centraldeposit has said its a problem with neteller, and neteller is pretty much like WTF? Neteller has started an inquiry to the merchant (centraldeposit), but now my emails to support are going unanswered, and I am often "disconnected" when I try and talk to the live support.

My account at the site has not been frozen, and I continue to win money when people are actually there. My pending withdrawals now total like $1300.

I have found one player who managed to cash out - $100 to neteller that took 2 weeks.

Other than continue to harass, and getting neteller involved to resolve any issues there, what other suggestions do you guys have that I can do to move the withdrawal process along?

How long should I wait to post an official bitch? after a month?

Thanks for your thoughts

I've been waiting since July 5th for a $300 w/d from Central Deposit, a different casino though. Good luck, I would suggest you go ahead and PAB since they won't communicate with you. I'm afraid I waited too long to do anything about mine. Good luck.

Well what can I say. Pokeround came through Today all my withdrawals were declined, there was an account correction, and I received a very nice email informing me that all money won to date in tournaments was due to a software issue.

I may not be a world class poker player but come on, winning a tournament is within my abilities. Hell I even win an occasional pot or 2.

And it amazing that the exact amount of the correction matches all my pending withdrawals.

So the $100 I left in my account to play with, I can cash that at anytime, but the $1150 is now gone.

Since seeing this post I have looked 3 times and have never seen a game going. I had not heard of them until this and cannot tell who their software provider is. It looks like a bad scene.

It looks like a standalone and Pokerpulse skin list has no info on them. I am of the opinion that any standalone in this day will not make it. I am sorry you found out the hard way. Hopefully Bryan can help you.

So basically they're saying that their games are not random, therefore rigged? That's sure what it sounds like to me. Wonder how they're still in business this long if that's true.

I have replied to the email I received from Brad Romaro (manager of the site) asking how they can justify taking my winnings, and if it is a software bug to show me some documented proof of bug, and the fix that they must have put in place since they still run the tournaments.

I doubt I will get anything back from them ever, but doesn't hurt to ask them to back up this BS with something.

Also now that I've already "lost" this money, do I need to PAB to have these guys listed on the Evil Ones list. Or will my complaint here be sufficient to have raised a red flag?
