Pointpoker issue

    Hello together.

    I would like to hear your opinion on an issue that I have with pointpoker.

    I have signed up there and deposited 100 Euro, mainly because of the netent casino. Before you ask why I play there, I am already self excluded at most good casinos ...

    Well, they did give an automatic 100% bonus. While I was playing I suddenly got kicked out and my account has been blocked. I asked them why, and they told me that I wished to self exclude. Well I did not exclude myself there. I searched the Internet and found out that pointpoker belongs to the same network like 24hpoker, and yes I am self excluded at 24hpoker.

    So now pointpoker refuses to return my initial deposit, because my account has been blocked before I have meet the playtrough requirements.
    This is funny, isnt it?

    my answer:
    Since then they do not talk with me anymore.

    What do you guys think, does it make any sense to spend time on that case, or are they right with what they are doing ?
