The multipliers did not add because it was not a winning spin.
If a multiplier lands on the grid after you have a winning combination only then the multiplier gets added to the total multiplier at bottom right.

Only two of the last 5 spins activated the multiplier. Please look at the replay carefully.
When you get a winning hit the bottom multiplier adds first then the multiplier on screen goes next to it. At spin 10 you have 10x multiplier which goes to 14x and then to 17x on spin 14.

I watched your replay and it played and paid exactly as designed.

You have to land an additional multiplier on a winning spin for the total multiplier to apply. A winning spin without a multiplier results in your win only, excluding any accumulated multipliers.
