I signed up today with Omnitech through Casinomeister ;-) I'm having fun playing with the signup bonus, and winning a bit. I have not played Playtech games before, and just wanted to ask everyone which is your favourite?

If you have a modest budget and want fun with the chance of a modest profit, Desert Treasure and A Night Out are my favourites. Older games but good fun.

If you like more risk then some of the Marvel slots like Avengers, Fantastic 4 and Hulk are excellent as is Gladiator and Atlantis Queen (same game really).

If you like high risk and don't mind losing a lot but want the chance of a whopper then Great Blue, Irish Luck, Penguin Vacation and Rome & Glory (Book Of Ra clone) are my faves.

.

Great Blue has been my favorite Playtech slot for a long time. As Simmo! said - it is a typical high risk game but with a lot of potential.

Stacked wilds + up to x15 multiplier during free spins

Really useful answer. Thanks alot. I have a problem with the Marvel games, though, there is a delay after each spin. Does anybody else have that?

Yes I quite often find them unplayable because of lag.

Same here. I only play at Omni for Playtech and Marvell games are basically unplayable 90% of the time.
I gave up.
Guess its a serverissue, its well known for months now, but Playtech is a very poor company, hardly any money and they cannot possibly afford better servers.:rolleyes:

So I only play Great Blue and Penguin Vacation, and week after week, month after month, for 1.5 years now these games are happy to take my balance and never pay anything decent, but one day, one day I'll crack one of those bastards, I swear. :)

Hope you get lucky!

Well, I like the Marvel slots and haven't really suffered with reel lag. X-Men is a personal fave. I'm also a sucker for Piggies and the Wolf right now, but that might just be because it's new.

I do like Playtech a lot, I would say that it's back catalogue rivals anything out there. In terms of the best games, I think that Penguin Vacation is outstanding, as well as Irish Luck and Great Blue as others have stated. But my favourite by far has to be the Marylin Monroe slot as it likes to surprise you out of nowhere with great hits!

It happens at a lot of Playtechs so I agree, it must be a central issue and I am pretty sure it's network-jackpot linked. Still, it sounds like the Marvel slots won't be around for a lot longer anyway.

I have tried the Marvel slots at Betfred and Gala and the time lag is so bad that they are unplayable so i would imagine the same problem afffects all Playtech casinos. If you are looking to get through a wr then i suggest Easter Surprise and Top Trumps Celebs. They never seem to throw up huge wins but i always get a lot of playtime.

That is a bummer, there's so much potential in there, and a whole universe to tap. Damn Disney. At least DC recognizes the comics, movies, toys and games don't truly cater to the itty-bitties but the 15-30 crowd too.

I reckon they'll franchise some other film series or something and take the game-play from the most successful of the Marvel slots and just port them over. That would probably keep most players happy I reckon.

I played quite a few recently at Bet365 and had no problems at all.
Wish I could say the same for other softwares - NetEnt and Jackpot Party in particular seem a bit too much for my 4-year-old laptop sometimes... :(

My fav has always been fruit mania progressive.

I love that I have the same chance as everyone else due to the fixed bet. Plus, I've had some very nice non-jackpot wins.

My second fav is Archer.

I get marvel slot lag too...I just don't bother with them any more.

Going back about 3 (maybe 4?) years I guess, Archer was my first big hit online (1K i think). It probably ruined my perspective on online gambling, showing those hit potentials - in those days, I was probably playing 30 or mmmmmaybe 60 cents.

Yes Archer is good reminds me a bit of San Choy Doa...

But my favorite games are easily the high variance slots: Penguin Vacation, Irish Luck, Great Blue, and Marilyn Monroe. I dont usually like high variance online slots but these have been good to me.

I also really like Mr Cash Back and Halloween Fortune. These two will give you a decent amount of play with the chance at a good win. I think these are more medium variance?

I've always wanted to play Lucky Panda but does this game have minimum bet at any casino?

Reel lag/Favourite Marvel

Hey :) Since I play mainly at Playtech casinos I hope it's ok to chuck in my opinion/experience; no-one's mentioned it so far but my favourite game has always been Daredevil  It can give decent good runs and I regularly cash out from it, although when it goes bad it can go bad for weeks! I've had the Power progressive once (around £150) on 0.20 a spin (why couldn't it have been the Ultimate Power?!) Anyway, I love the game but I do get bad lag sometimes with the reels taking around 15 seconds to stop - again this is something I find happens, and when it does it can last for days. I also assume it's a server issue but sometimes I can play at different times for days/weeks and there's no lag at all so it's kinda strange....although I also like Wild Spirit (non Marvel) - I've played it often too; if it's in the mood - feature can be hard to get but if it does trigger I've had some decent wins from it too

I love safari heat and panther moon coz i love games that re-trigger a lot in free spins but my ultimate favorite slots (of any casino software in fact) are great blue and penguin vacation. i had my biggest hit ever on penguin vacation of over 8000x bet on a $0.60 bet. i like that you can bet relatively small stakes yet still get reasonable sized wins.
