I requested a withdrawal from playojo on the 24th Aug. Still nothing has come. But it lets you deposit.
I have also emailed them twice, got one response agreeing it’s over their processing time of a few hours and then still nothing.
I think there needs to be penalties/compensation put in place for casinos that go over their agreed timeframes for releasing your money. I have made many withdrawals previously, so a verified customer should not be having this issue with them!
