The issue with MGS mobile games is well known because there is no home button and no easy way to close the game.
You need to slide the game down to get the menu to close the browser .
The reason you cannot withdraw while you have a game open is a security measure in our system and the fix i referred to in my last reply will also take care of this in future, we will close the session even if the game is not closed in the correct way.

Anyway good to hear you had no problems playing at PlayOJO


I've made 2 withdrawals from DrueckGlueck but both times had to contact CS because I can't withdraw while a game is in play :confused:
I really don't understand what difference that would make to withdrawing.

On both occasions I had, apparently, closed the mobile casino without properly closing a game (MGS of course). And of course I could happily deposit all I want :rolleyes:
I played a bit earlier at Playojo and had no problems. So far...

The few games i tried worked fine.

I deposited with Trustly couse all other methods have a fee sadly (Skrill, Neteller, EcoPayz etc).. :(
I got 30 freespins on Starburst and won 1,6Euro..

They dont have Trustly as a withdrawal method for some reason so had to choose Skrill.
I sent in papers for verification at the same time.

Edit. My initial deposit was not recognised/refused. I refreshed and no indication that I had deposited. So I tried a lower deposit out of bloody mindedness. The result is I made two deposits.

The fix mentioned in a previous post for the games getting stuck on auto resume, has now been uploaded . From today it will stop the intermittent problems ( mostly on mobile) that some players have faced.
If you have had this issue in the past , the fix will only apply on your next login.

In order to make sure there will not be an auto resume for games where its not needed (eg when the game is not closed down properly or the player doesn't log out correctly )
we now have a "system logged out" after 3 minutes

Regarding you deposits , I am not sure i understand what happened but if you PM me your username and explain what went wrong I will check it out for you

Also, there is some Epro wallet thing which im not really sure how to use so i ended up registering at playojo a week or so ago but im yet to make a deposit.

How does Epro work? do i have to fund it from my credit card first ? I didnt want to risk it because theres an option to add funds to your epro account, but when i try to deposit at playojo it still asks for my normal credit card number, name and so on which defeats purpose of Epro at the first place...

I signed up with this casino last night. I found the site a tad difficult to navigate at first but quickly got the hang of it. The games loaded and played without little issues so I am happy with that. I find the reward system quite easy to understand as it's all there in black and white which I find refreshing. Other sites such as Trada and Royal Panda can be difficult to understand bonus wise which makes things a bit more complicated although they are fantastic casinos so I am not bashing them.

I don't like the games that Playojo give you for the rewards because they are crappy games and give very poor payouts. This is just my opinion.

I did manage a withdrawal and uploaded my documents to the site even though I wasn't asked for them. I cashed out at 9pm last night and the money was in my Neteller account at 6am or thereabouts this morning which is quite good. I think the withdrawal would have been faster if it was requested in the daytime.

All in all my first impression of this casino is good. The rewards system is easy to understand and is quite good (wish though the bonus free spins would be on a netent game).

My verdict at this time is that Playojo is a very good casino and has a promising future. I will definitely be depositing there again.

I got an e-mail from them today with the daily kicker bonus of getting 80 spins on Montezuma at €0.90 for a €60 deposit. I logged on and saw the offer and took it but the spins weren't on the slot. Off to live chat I went and was told this offer is only for UK and not for Ireland and I would have to make do with 75 free spins on Ninja Warrior one of the Green Valley Games which I detest (they all suck) so I had live chat cancel the offer and played with the €60.

Nowhere in the e-mail does it state that this offer is for UK only and neither does it say in my lobby. Furthermore if I wasn't eligible for the offer then why the e-mail and why was it in my lobby! Anyway Playojo needs to sort their promos out so that players don't get duped into depositing for these offers only to find they will be stuck with Green Valley Games. This is one issue that needs to be sorted pronto especially in the individual players lobby under kickers.

yes, beware on EGO sites of free spins and other offers that are tied to those pathetic GVGames which have such shit paytables and low volatility that the RTP is pretty much met from the first £10, in other words the EV- math will nearly always apply when trying a WR on them, as the potential for a big win that changes the math from there onwards to EV+ is near impossible. :(
 
FYI: It's listed in the t&c's that UK players can get a bonus with Neteller. It seems that is the case also with Ireland as I was told on live chat just now that my 3rd,4th and 5th deposits won't get any bonuses if I use Neteller. Not a problem if you don't use bonuses but just wanted to let you guys know.

Rizk have a fee and they are the 2nd favourite casino on here in the accredited list, don't understand why casinos who charge a fee are rated highly.

Me too. Just seen that. 3.5% for me to give you money? Not a chance! Begrudge withdrawal fees but at least thats them giving us money.

It's like going into my local shop, buying a 50p paper and being told it'll cost me 54p to cover their expenses.

Firstly let me deal with a game not closing down or resuming after its complete . I am really sorry that you had to experience this however, the good news is there will be a fix when they deploy an upgrade of the Network Software in the next week or so.
