I am a newbie here.i am trying to login to my playojo account for the last few hours but m unable to.can I expect any help from this forum

Sorry to bother you again but I am having trouble with verification on playojo since two days.i am trying to contact their rep here but he barely replies.i want to playbut since I cannot withdraw my winnings I am feeling disheartened.can u please help.

lets look at the facts , you PM'd me on Friday at 7.21 pm and then within 30 mins twice more
at 8.45 PM i asked you for your username despite having already asked for it in a reply to your first post

yesterday after 3 more messages , two with different subject lines and eventually uploading the correct document requested in earlier messages from me ( i had to tell you twice ) , I informed you at 8.08 pm your withdrawal block was lifted

Ok.here we go again.after my block was lifted,I was able to withdraw last month.so after a few days I started playing yesterday.as I tried to withdraw some amount I was asked to submit id proof again.What is this? everytime I withdraw,do I have to submit id proof?I don't understand .is this some rule that I am not aware of?
