Playojo funding evidence

Hello all!

Newbie here so hopefully I'm in the right place, as wasn't sure where or how to start a new thread.

I've been playing on playojo for a while and finally got a decent win. But before withdrawal they require funding evidence, which I happily provided 4x pay slips. 4x bank statements and a P60. But no no avail the documents keep being rejected for some reason this has been ongoing for about 2 weeks now I've sent emails spoken to bots and keep getting the same generic response. Any and all help would be appreciated

Your first step should be to contact the PlayOjo rep here on the forums to discuss what is necessary to proceed. They are @EGO and are known to handle these issues quickly. Click on that link, send a Private Message with your details — to include your user name and the name of the casino — so they can look into the matter for you.

If that doesn’t work out let us know and we’ll have other options for you to pursue.
