Bonus Complaint Playhippo voided my winnings after they changed their terms

I think it's imperative that players read terms before the go for ANY bonus but I can see both sides here, however the term WAS there so it's not like they have misled anyone unlike places that retrospectively change terms, my main gripe is that for something as potentially "damaging" as a max bet rule then there's no great hardship in sending out an email to ALL customers with an update. It saves the casino from bad press and saves players.
 
Isnt it a pity that the rep of playhippo avoids this thread now? Why does he refuse to answer some legit questions? Guess why.
Hint: maybe that is because he was caught posting a lie in this thread.

I see that unfortunately the thread is not receiving any new posts. The unresponsiveness of the rep has made it clear that this casino does not wish to resolve this matter and does not care about providing their players with a reasonable explanation about their business manners. The fact that multiple people are requesting a post from the rep on this thread you would expect that's the least the casino would be willing to give to their players but i guess i was wrong.

I feel really cheated in this matter and am highly disappointed that even through this medium I have still been denied a reasonable explanation. :mad:
