I'm really getting pissed at some Casinos. I was playing Bitstarz this morning won a small amount and withdrawal $300.00.
Later in the day I accepted my Friday loyalty cashback. Was having a good session had a balance up to about $250 was having lunch wasn't paying attention at times and soon my balance was over $550 figure I hit a good win along the way didn't think much of it. Was playing one of the book games. Anyways this balance I played down to 0. Later I see an email that my withdrawal was returned to my account. I checked could see the balance was only .12 cents contacted chat to let them know the $300 is not there to find out it was put in my balance when I was playing. They argue the fact they sent me an email and chat made it clear I should be checking my emails, is there anyone here that checks there email every second while gambling?
This is more about the principle, not the money. There should be a better way of informing a player. Maybe freeze the account till you acknowledge funds have been put back. Think of it! many of us play auto-play and sometimes not looking at the gameplay. I personally think it's a sneaky way of doing it and an insult to say It's my responsibility to check my emails. The system should not allow funds to be put back while a game session is being played. Love this casino but I think this is unacceptable and they should change the way this is done.
Any thought on this? has this happened to you?
