I'm really getting pissed at some Casinos. I was playing Bitstarz this morning won a small amount and withdrawal $300.00.
Later in the day I accepted my Friday loyalty cashback. Was having a good session had a balance up to about $250 was having lunch wasn't paying attention at times and soon my balance was over $550 figure I hit a good win along the way didn't think much of it. Was playing one of the book games. Anyways this balance I played down to 0. Later I see an email that my withdrawal was returned to my account. I checked could see the balance was only .12 cents contacted chat to let them know the $300 is not there to find out it was put in my balance when I was playing. They argue the fact they sent me an email and chat made it clear I should be checking my emails, is there anyone here that checks there email every second while gambling?

This is more about the principle, not the money. There should be a better way of informing a player. Maybe freeze the account till you acknowledge funds have been put back. Think of it! many of us play auto-play and sometimes not looking at the gameplay. I personally think it's a sneaky way of doing it and an insult to say It's my responsibility to check my emails. The system should not allow funds to be put back while a game session is being played. Love this casino but I think this is unacceptable and they should change the way this is done.

Any thought on this? has this happened to you?

TBH you should have had alarm bells when your balance shot up by 300 even if you was on autoplay I certainly would have looked into it. Clearly you didnt hit a good win along the way after you was at 250 it was the 300 going back.

I think you're going to have to chalk this one up to a 300 lesson and move on, casinos return funds all the time its your responsibility to keep track on balance and wagers tbh.

Sneaky? Yeah.
But I honestly would always notice even a minor random jump in my balance, never mind $300... I think this one is on you. I agree that nobody keeps a constant check on their email while playing, but we all watch our balance so

Agree with both recent comments and I'm not looking for it back. I've been playing online 15 years and first time this happen to me but in all fairness, I have had many wins where I was not watching or away from my pc never once thought to immediately stop playing and check my emails.

I know Pairaplay and a few others you can watch a replay. I make bets mainly $2 to $12 a spin so a $300 jump really did not stand out me to as a big win besides I won $250 on 4 of a kind before the increase so I figure I hit 4 or 5 of a kind being I didn't get a feature. I've won $2900 on Bonanza once not watching the play but didn't stop to check emails however a few days later I ask support what symbol I hit and it end up being red rubies. Almost every morning I make a deposit put on autoplay go make my coffee etc when I get back to pc and see an increase in my balance I just think I got lucky I certainly don't think to stop immediately and check my email but mind you I may just do that now. Ive been extremely lucky in the last few months and had many withdrawals and not once was one returned so that that didn't enter my mind the withdraw was returned. I just think maybe there's a better way to inform someone if they're in the middle of a game session if a withdrawal is returned. Maybe get a text alert?

I had a similar experience with Energy when wagering through a bonus, they cancelled a withdrawal which re-added to my balance, I assumed I'd hit £100 whilst not looking.
Thankfully when I exited the game, cos it showed the two differnet balances (real and bonus) I then realised what had happened, but then couldn't do a withdrawal as was in bonus money. I managed to get through the wagering so could withdraw again.

what was reason for rejecting withdrawal and returning it to your balance.

Yes it is sneaky.

That said, if you have a pending withdrawal at a casino, you really ought to be pausing your play at that casino until that withdrawal is processed.

If you are really that keen to carry on playing, just go make a deposit at another casino and play there.

Hi there,

I'm really sorry this happened and perhaps there's something more that we can do to notify you as a player
if a withdrawal was canceled and the money returned than just sending an email.

With that said, this was not done with any malicious intent as you needed to withdraw to another method than the one you
requested it via. So as we couldn't process it with the method you chose, we had to cancel it and notify you about it, or else
it would just be pending.

Again, perhaps we can improve by having some on-site alert for this in the future to avoid this happening again.

Olle
