Has been 7 hours + now

I’ve won a load of hands since and everything has been OK

Not a complaint as of yet but they’re just being a bit slow resolving this ?

The only thing that I can find odd about this casino is Platin.uk is owned by Viral Interactive and the other at Platin.com is that it is owned by red rhino ltd.
Both have the same layout logo. So, not sure on that. And doesn't help your cause but I don't think there is a Rep here for the either?...
