Hello,
I have $37,000 in pending payouts from planet 7. They are doing everything they can to drag the process out as much as possible. Theyre max with drawl amount is $2500. So, I have 15 withdrawals that have been sitting at a "pending" status for 2 months. They will not change the status to approved until 2 weeks after my last payment, then, it takes them another 2 weeks to actually process the payment. I have to constantly call them, and see when they can pay me, otherwise they dont pay me at all. So, it takes them at least a month for each transaction. At this rate they will not have me paid off for well over a year. It is very frustrating. They will not answer my questions, and the payments department refuses to call me or reply to my emails.

Shitty situation. I got a letter from 'my' casino today after questioning if 20k withdrawl would be a problem, they answerred briefly:

Although we try our best to make customers happy and receive their money as soon as possible, we are still dependent on the level of activity in our Casino which may occur in occasional delays.

It all comes down to cashflow and keeping buffers at hand. However, they already processed 20k without problems today. That'll be in my account within 48 hours.

They've paid me 3 times since march 4th. Last one was 5/9. They won't approve my next one. They keep saying 7-10 business days. Then, once it is approved, another 7-10 business days before it gets paid out. So over a month between each payment, and thats only if I keep calling them and ask them to escalate my payment.

Planet 7 has been around forever, and been stalling forever. So they probably won't go bankrupt before you are paid out. They are hoping you will play it back. I think Planet 7 is part of Virtual Group, which has been responsive to player complaints. If payments do grind to a halt, you can PAB here.

I don't think you will end up not paid, but it will probably be pulling hen's teeth, and not clockwork either.

Don't gamble it back treating it like fun money that you won't receive. You will end up receiving it as long as you don't gamble it back. Stay strong.

Could not have put it better myself!

Virtual Group = slowest payers in online casino history: an accolade they must be VERY proud of!

Why would anyone play at a casino with a $2,500 withdrawal limit and a 7-10 business days approval rate? This casino has clearly been designed from the ground up to not pay as many winners as possible.

EDIT - just spoke with live chat. Max deposit for new players is $250. Limits increase over time, what a strange casino.

I'm fairly new to online casinos. I started out with slotocash, and planet 7. I did fairly well on both, so I haven't ventured too far. I had a few decent wins on planet 7 a couple of years ago, and they were paying me 2500 per week, which I thought was pretty fair, so I kept playing there. Its just over the last 6 months that they quit paying me/ slowed my payments to 2500 every 6 weeks, which is unacceptable. I have looked for other casinos, but my options seem to be pretty limited, as I live in the US. I'm open to suggestions for other casinos.
