Hello everybody. I have been away for a while but I am now back and would love to hear from anyone who has been using the RTG complaints link that Bryan has provided with a positive outcome.

What happened?

I decided to take a settlement that they were offering. At the time it was the best option for all involved. Seeing the issues that continue to haunt some RTG casinos though, I see that nothing much has changed. It's just a shame that some operators bring down the name of RTG. They could really use the help of a player of some notoriety. There are RTG casinos that play fairly and pay promptly without a hassle.

Last summer, I submitted a case regarding delayed payments with Cirrus Casino. It ended up being resolved directly with the Casino.

Sorry to hear that you didn't get what you truly earned. Would a casino take a settlement from a player who lost 1 million dollars?

Mostly RTG's but I do play at a couple of Wagerlogic casinos and some Microgaming as well.

As far as Pirates go, you're more famous than Blackbeard. Welcome back!

He's not back, our subliminal friend bumped an ancient thread. The last post dates from July 2004.

Exactly. The casinos should have paid or close down:mad:

some casinos do negotiate player losses when they do become excessive Have been there and had to do that. Not all players are treated the same, some players get cash advances, and special comps and such, but that is less than 1% of the gambling public.
Last I knew of the Pirate, he was going through some serious health issues. My prayers go out to him and his family.

Just curious, what's your take on all of this? In reading some of Pirate's old posts, he infers he's part of a "crew." Kinda of makes you wonder if it's not just simply pure luck that a person can constantly achieve a positive expectation from games with built-in house advantages.

I was never able to use the Montana system for technical reasons. The first time I logged in, I saw some old tickets from other people? Later I was able to file a ticket of my own, but the comment submit button to update the ticket does nothing in both IE and Firefox. I tried to tell them it was resolved and not to worry about it, but even now I can't get it to work and they don't seem to read their emails.
