PIN and software issues at Intercasino

At once they were good, but they have some new software that really sucks.
It launches this upgrade assistant that never finishes the updates.
Once in a game it freezes.
Their support sucks and they boss never answers emails.

I have over $500 in my account that I cannot get out because eCash needs a PIN that I never got and they do not respond....total nightmare.

Once I get my cash out I am not going abck to this casino!
 
A friend of mine who is new to online casinos has registered an account with them. That was at the end of March. Till now no PIN reached her physical address. I know that 2 emails were sent. One to support and another to Ryan. No reply. The fact is that my friend lost his deposit so there is no care about withdrawing money. But because Intercasino acted that way it is sure that she will not ever again play there..... Where is Ryan? Ryan can you do something for this?
 
Intercasino Sucks

I joined Intercasino just over two weeks ago...until then I had been a dedicated MG VIPER girl, but thought I would take a chance as Kasino King seems to like this casino.

Unlike you guys, didn't have any trouble receiving my Pin...it arrived about 2 days ago.

However, am definitely not very fond of Waterlogged software. I only play slots, but on some of the games, occasionally the reels do not spin...they just clunk down into place all at once.

And I found the chances of getting a bonus spin are almost non-existent. I played Free Kick but over 200 spins later (90c a spin) I gave up. Yeah, I know that is the nature of gambling, but on every other bonus game I played as well? I think not! :confused:

I seem to have to place a lot of wagers before I even pick up a moderate win, so I am beginning to think that they have been programmed not to be random, unless, if you are really really lucky, you may be allowed to win.

AND...the graphics, compared to MG, definitely suck.

Back to being a permanent VIPER snake in the grass again. :notworthy

:what: I've rarely had a problem with them - and complaints pop up here and there, but nothing to the level of sucking.

Have you tried PMing their manager Ryan who is a member of this forum?

As for the software - to each his own. I enjoy their slots and VP as much as MG. And cashing out includes no "reversal" option; most of you players should be grateful for that :D

Intercasino is one of the best online casinos in my opinion. They pay fast and their software is fair.
 
Think their also Good

Have played at Inter Casino for a long time. Never had any problems. Even moved a few times and my new pin was always sent to me within two weeks.

Think they are also one of the best....

I'm not much of a fan of their software, and have also experienced quite a few glitches related to the upgrade assistant thing, including freeze-ups.

One thing you might try is uninstalling it and downloading the FULL version (takes forever, but solved my problems for a while).

But... on the positive side I've never had a problem with payouts and they have one of the better recurring bonuses still in existence (their monthly match bonus). Money talks. :thumbsup:
 
I agree that their software is not very good. I also agree that their slots dont hold a candle to Viper (none do).

I will say they are generous with their monthly bonus and they pay fairly quick (usually a couple of days) and they are rock solid financially.

To me these things outweigh the negatives. I like Intercasino alot.

PS- I like their DB Video poker alot.
 
I have played at Intercasino for a long time. I actually have won on thier Random Jackpots 3 times. But recently I have noticed that when I login I get a screen saying "I am not permitted to view this page" (or something to that effect) and I am not able to see the home page. Which means I have no way of knowing how many players are playing the Random Jackpot slots. I noticed it is the same for all cryptologic casinos. I thought maybe it was just my PC but everyone I know has the same problem.

As well since this has occurred I have not been lucky there at all. I seem to be doing better at Micogaming. I will always trust Intercasino because I have always been treated fairly and I believe they are one of the most honest casinos out there. I have never had any trouble reaching Ryan or with thier customer support.

:( I just can't seem to win there anymore.
 
Although i am still unhappy with the treatment I received(including some really arrogant remarks from Ryan) over the way my bonus issue was handled,I must say that there never was a problem with the issue of the PIN. Always received them in 1 week to 10 days.

I will contact Ryan on the forum and see what I can get done.

Right now it is stuck in Upgrade mode
 
Renaming the thread out of fairness. Lest we forget - Intercasino donated $111,000 to tsunami relief via Casinomeister and Got2bet. I don't think that sucks.

Regarding your pin problem, just send me an email at ryanh@intercasino.com and I will have Playershelp send it to you again. If you haven't received it yet, it most probably got lost in the post.
Regarding answering my emails, I answer all emails I receive every day within 24 hrs. However, we have discovered that there is a problem with certain email addresses being able to receive my replies, especially hotmail and aol addresses. This is due to the very strict spam filters that were recently introduced by hotmail and aol and this problem is affecting all of the gaming operators. Maybe Casinomeister can publish this particular problem here, so players that have been affected (by not receiving replies), know what to do to get around it. All you need to do to solve this is to add support@intercasino.com and ryanh@intercasino.com to your address book, or reduce your spam filter to low in order to receive replies.
About the technical problem you are experiencing, the best thing to do is to call Playershelp on the toll-free number to get assistance over the phone. Also, make sure that you have DirectX and the very latest version of your graphic card driver installed.

Look it is not about their software . It is about the fact of their lack of response and crappy cusomter service.

I sent a PM to Ryan and have not heard a peep in 2 days.

Instead of PMing him,the best way to reach Ryan and have him respond is e-mailing him at the e-mail address he listed above. For PIN issues,playershelp usually does it quickly. The only issue they are slow at are merging of different accounts at one of their casinos and transfer of comp points.
 
Once again I tried to email Ryan at both emails.
I get emails from support so he is not SPAM filtered
ans I have no spam filter on that email anyway.

Still have not heard anything.. PMed him again.

I just want to get my cash out as there are plenty
of other Casinos that are fine where I have no problems.
