Pi coin and other crypto

Can any of you guys in the crypto scene give me some info here. A friend of mine mentioned the other day he has been mining pi coin for the last few years, which surprised me since he doesn't even own a pc and is the last person i would expect to talk about crypto
He's been mining it through his mobile and has about 2000 ish
I know nothing about crypto myself other than csgo skins can be traded for some of the big name one's
He mentioned coinbase and that he has to do a kyc, he didn't know what kyc is, and i only knew because ive seen talked about on here
Is this coin legit worth something?

I also have 2000+ PI. It went live on the main net last week. Crashed and started at 99cents after it was meant to be around $75 a coin. Slowly creeping back up, think it’s at $2 today. A lot of my PI is ‘locked up’ but I have 180PI to sell if and when Europeans are allowed to and it goes up to a better price. I can’t get the rest of my PI till the maturity date in 2027.

They still haven't gotten kyc to verify me. It's been Over a year! Fish for sure

Yes i know its not exactly a casino related but i trust people's opinions on here and i only asked a question
Maybe one day the casinos' will be taking this coin

Thanks for the info, So you cant sell them if your in the eu ? Whats the maturity date thing?

you earn like 20cent per hrs or $5 in 24hrs,or $150 a month, you need to login on your app every 24hrs, PI Network app is like 3 years old
is app called PI network you need to get it on phone, also you need code from other miner (friend)etc
