Phoenician/Nostalgia Switch to MG! (was no more Neteller instant withdrawals)

This is an odd thing. I downloaded the casinos the first day they switched over. At that time the casinos were normal and I entered my username from the emails I received as well as my password. I checked the box 'remember password' In all other MG casinos once I enter this info in the boxes it saves the information and I never have to touch this again unless I have to reinstall the software. Yesterday I loaded both Nostalgia and Phoenician and the casinos did not load in full screen but were minimised and when I clicked on 'connect' all the fields were empty and my info was no longer saved. Anyways I find that strange.

My initial email said:

We have credited your Account with $23 So you have a total of $23 to try out the new Software!

But when I logged in there was $0.00 in my account.

I then got an email stating:

You still have $23 in your account and we have credited your Account with $0 So you have a total of $23 to try out the new Software!

Still $0.00 balance. Unless it is in the mysterious bonus account which they did not send me a username to access. Anyone know how to access the bonus account?

Thanks for the help, although there was no point on even logging into my bonus account. According to their emails I have $23 in each casino to try out the new software. Hmmmm, my regular real play account has $0.00 and my bonus acount has a balance of $0.01

Just curious. How long did that take? I know there is a pending period of 48 hours. So from the time you submitted a withdrawal request to actually receiving it should be 48+x hours. Did that take a day or less?

i had a live chat on sunday because my money was stuck in pending mode for over 3 days, it was took out of pending at 9 pm sunday evening, and back into my neteller account by 9 am monday, so not even 1 day, but this may of being to me being messed about, because i actually cashed in 9 days before that, so it had being in pending mode on 2 softwares, but 100% for effort, after this was sorted out. :thumbsup:
