This change is not the work of of Neteller - this is Colin's response to our query:

"A merchant has a selection of payout methods (4) they may choose to implement. They may use all in unison or in part -- depending on their requirements. Their deactivation of this instant withdrawal method is not a result of a change to the merchant agreement with NETeller but rather of what tools they've chosen to use (or not). A designated payout period is the prerogative of the merchant as their own business practice."

So are they losing too much interest which they can get by keeping our winnings in the bank for a couple more days.

It's not that dubious. :D
Like I said, your questions will be answered in a day or two.

Thanks. Look forward to having some good news.

Actually, I am quite uncomfortable with them now. I just contacted them for my cashin which has passed the 2 pending WORKING days but it's still there reversible. The reply is

Customer Care: It stays pending for two whole working days and is processed on the 3rd day

In the meantime, I have already made serveral deposit to INetBet.

I am just wondering if this group is having some difficulties, maybe financial. At this point I am just assuming as I do not have official information yet, but not too long ago they removed the $150 CPA option from their AdRiches affiliate program blaming fraud, Dean left the company, and now they are hinting about the Neteller fees. I guess all we can do is wait for the release as Casinomeister says.

hi, i definitily think there is some kind of money situation not right here, after 2 days pending, and 2 days waiting to be processed, and a live chat that said i would recieve my winnings after the pending period (still nothing in net), a bit worrying i think? and i also knew i had completed the wagering because it tells you that in the cashiers window! i dont think i will be depositing here again, because as i said, something is not right here?

Dean left simply because he has a number of other projects he's working on, plus he wanted to spend more time with his family. He's still around and involved with the industry. Dean and Steve are still tight.

And like I said, by tomorrow all your questions will be answered. Trust me. There is nothing dubious going on, everything is cool, nothing to be alarmed about.

Sorry, I was just posting my opinions and I am anticipating their news release. I have to add that when these casinos make major changes they should inform players, and affiliates before they do it so that threads like these do not need to be started, with people making assumptions and wondering what the heck is going on. I like the Phoenician Group, but they did the same thing with the $150 CPA on AdRiches. I had an affiliate account with them and one day when I went to the AdRiches site I saw that the program description was gone. After contacting John I was informed that they have decided to remove the program and change all links to the 40% rev. share. He also informed me that an official email would be sent out to affiliates, which has not been sent and it has been 2 months. I know it is not related but it is another example of them changing things and not informing customers. Anyways, like I said, I will wait for the official release from Phoenician Group.

I don't think you should assume that there is crooked behaviour or something underhand in the present scenario, particularly when it appears that all will be revealed in the very near future, and these casinos have enjoyed a good track record thus far.

Communication is invaluable in allaying fears, but for compelling and legitimate reasons it is not always possible to disclose sensitive information at a particular stage, and that could be the case here.

I say that with the obvious caveat that it can never apply when there is a chance that players may get ripped, but I see no evidence of that here.

Well stated Jet. For some reason I've just got an awful funny feeling that the Phoenician and Nostalgia casinos may be moving away from the RTG stable. Don't ask me why but I just have that feeling. Have a good one.

I do not think that at all about the Phoenician Group, and I certainly did not mean to imply that there was crooked behavior. I know that they would never rip anyone off, and if they ever did find themselves in financial difficulties (I am not saying they are) I am sure they would take care of their customers. Bryan has assured that there is nothing going on so all we can do is wait to hear what the deal is.

I think this would be great, especially if they made a move to Microgaming. They would get me back as a loyal, regular customer. If they combined instant Neteller withdrawals with Microgaming they would have a player for life. I have not experienced fairer gameplay as I have in the past few months playing MG Vegas Strip and Atlantic City Blackjack.

Or what if they're merging with or being bought by another group?

Like, say, INetBet?

It would be a nice fit together since they're all reputable RTGs.

Remember that rumour that was going around a while ago. I don't even to mention his name "WC" and think about it, this whole fiasco has been handled in exactly the way that "WC" has handled things in the past. Have a good one.

I cannot login to my Phoenician account - it appears I have been locked out. I have a Neteller cashout of $585 which has been pending for over 3 days (72 hours). Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me? Thanks, James

Hi - I just did and they replyed that they are "looking into it." I guess we will wait and see. I was just interested to see if I am the only one affected, or if the servers were down as they were several weeks ago. Thanks for the reply Bethug. James

I can't login either. The message is

"You are not allowed to login. Please contact customer service for more information."

I have a cashin there for 5 days. Anyone who don't have a cashin pending can login?

Like I said yesterday "And like I said, by tomorrow all your questions will be answered. Trust me. There is nothing dubious going on, everything is cool, nothing to be alarmed about."

I believe there should be answers to these apparent problems made in the next several hours, tomorrow by the latest. Nobody is going "down" so to speak. I have an account there too and I'm not flipping out. Be mellow.
