Phoenician/Nostalgia Switch to MG! (was no more Neteller instant withdrawals)

Is anyone reading my posts??? How many times do I need to state that all is in order at Phonecian/Nostalgia?

Well if you go to their sites now, you'll understand why there has been some changes ... they've switched to Microgaming.

This is official and the new sites are live now. It was a bit ahead of schedule and the emials to affiliates and players have not been gererated yet. All players who have made deposits will be notified on how to access your account. If you do not receive and email in the next several hours, please let me know.

The email will contain full instructions on how to proceed. All pending cashins have been reversed to the players' accounts; if you were one of these players, you'll just have to go to banking and do it again. Sorry - the Neteller instant cash out is not enabled in Microgaming software, but I am sure this is something they will be working on.

These winners are not casino specific, these are winners across the board. Go to any other MG casino and you'll find the same list.

Actually, I stand corrected. These are specific to the casino's marketing group. Adriches (Phon. & Nost.) is falling under Casino Profit Share, so they will probably be running the same types of promotions (read marketing) as Casino Profit Share's. (Capital Casino, MusicHall Casino Aztec Riches, etc. etc.). The "Competition" section is a branch of their collective marketing. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
 
HI, Bryan, Thanks for your info. I trust you and believe you are correct.

Perhaps I'm angry at the group and thus a bit bias on them too becasue of recent cashin problem. But on the other hand, I did have great expectation of them and that's why I played over 10 casinos in Nov and more than 50% of my deposit went to the group.

I just wish they are as good as before.

Contrary to current rumours on these forum boards, the Phoenician Gaming Group is not in any form of Financial trouble .

We are now able to clarify the situation and put an end to the current misinformation.

The phoenician Gaming group wishes to advise that as at December 1st, Phoenician and Nostalgia Casinos will now operate on the Microgaming VIPER Software platform.

All outstanding player balences have been carried across and new accounts set up for all players, emails to this effect went out earlier to-day.

The Phoenician Gaming Group have also carried accross all outstanding loyalty points and these have been converted to cash and added to the players accounts.

If players are unhappy with the move to the Viper platform, all they have to do is log on with the details contained in the email and I can promise you that the payments will be processed promptly.

If there are any questions, please contact the the customer support staff at either of the two casinos - [email protected] or [email protected] and they will answer any specific questions you might have.
 
I hope P & N new pathetic welcome bonuses are not stupid sticky ones! :D

(Actually I just checked, and it looks like they ARE stupid & sticky! And they are using the 'bonus account' system like other casino's which levy WR on your winnings! - see Captain Cooks thread!)

So I will continue to give these two a definite miss - until they wake up & smell the coffee! ;)
 
KK, I think you might be the one who needs to wake up and smell the coffee ;) (or at least go back to bonus whoring school!) This forum isn't the place to discuss it but these bonus accounts aren't nearly as bad as you think.

First of all Hello to everybody as this is my first post here, but I've been a long time reader of the forum.

One thing I think it's absurd:

I've been a Phonecian customer since they started with the Neteller instant option. I made a withdraw last friday thru Neteller that was reversed due to the software change.

Today with the new software the first thing I did was withdraw again my money using the Neteller option, then asking about my cashin I was told that now is going to be 48 hours more pending and I have to fax them my documents.

we are talking about Neteller deposits and withdrawals, not credit cards at all used.

Any thoughts about this?

I've played at several RTG casinos that paid promptly, and have honored all of their T&C. Namely King Solomon's, Grand Aces, Geisha Lounge, Miss Millions, Club Player, Bet Net, Play United, Cirrus, Shark, Casino Extreme/Heat. Perhaps your experience at these casinos has been different.

I believe these casinos had a black mark against them regarding their signup bonus offer. People tried to claim the offer at more than one casino in the group, and were rejected, though it was never stated anywhere in their T&C that this was not allowed.

However, from personal experience, I can say that they have near-instant cashouts to Neteller. (You need to email them after requesting the cashout. Mine took about 15 minutes from when I sent the email) As long as you don't try to use the cashback offer at more than one place, you should be fine.

I have been exchange e-mails with a support in Phoenician called "KIM W". Guess they are the same person.

That means they have the same support/marketing resources but different affliate programs for different casinos?

their support is very fast in response. I have the same case with you: cashin requested last Friday.

now after several e-mails with their support,

1. they have verified my identity after I sent them the docs.
2. they have flushed my cashin and it's now in "WORK IN PROGRESS" by checking the cashcheck facility.

I am talking completing all these in a matter of half an hour.

I'm sending my documents now, anyway, I had one rule playuing online casinos:

Not to play in sites that take longer than 24 hours to cashout, So I was restricted to Inetbet, 32red, Phoenician and a couple of crypto, I guess that Phoenician now will have to be exclude frm my list.

Things change, and can improve with new owners or managements but a bad past reputation is hard to outrun.

That's why many players have negative thoughts on some of these casinos, which at their nadir had some of the worst reputations on the 'Net for screwing players and treating them discourteously.

It's something that current casinos need to bear in mind...

With the new software they are using bonus account. Personally spaeking, I think bonus accounts are real stupid.

Vesuvio, I think I know where you're coming from. ;)
The bonus account is one thing I have tried once - and I agree that if I hadn't of been so silly, I could have profited from it.
But the Nostalgia bonus seems to be sticky - something I haven't learned to deal with properly yet!
So as far as that goes, you're right - I need to go to school.
I don't suppose you give free lessons...? :D

I should seprate my sentences. What I mean is I might give New Phoenician/Nostalgia a try when I get my fat check for my Christmas. ;) About the casino Extreme group. Well, I am not carzy for them. Personally, I don't like RTG casino group except fast game play/payout. There are too many bad stories around them.

Imo the move to Micro by Phoenician/Nostalgia is much preferable to the alternative (Playtech) that many other casinos have done the last couple of years.

However, the big issue to me is how fast are they going to pay now that they are Micro. If they start to do instant Neteller withdrawals like they did until a few days ago, this will be the only Micro site i will play. If they take 2-3 days to pay, then they are just like many other Micro sites and i have no real inclination to play them over any of the other Micros that pay in the same time frame.

Either way, I feel confident they will be safe to play at, but they will definitely lose the "edge" they had over so many other casinos if they do not implement instant neteller withdrawals.

In short they will become just another good Micro site of which there are many.

(PS- The sign up bonus is not a concern of mine since i am already a member of both casinos, but i will say that i hate this groups sign up offer)

Maybe I'm missing something here, but where is the explanation for becoming part of Casino Action Group (dumped on my site)? Is there a press release?
 
Ok, my account is now dollar based after upgrade (of course), because almost all RTG casino have only dollar-account. I think they "forgot", that MG offer Euro-accounts too (and Pound, etc). So it is good choice to players, who like to play with their own currency. But i know, that MG operators can not change your currency, after you have one. :(

I hope John get my e-mail, and answer me, personally, via e-mail. Some feedback.

I changed my Crazy Vegas account from U.S. dollar to Canadian. They had to close my account and open a new one in Canadian dollar, so I got a different user name. They should not have a problem doing this from Phoenician Group, just ask them.

I received my cashin 2 hours ago to my Neteller account and the cashin was flushed around 14 hours ago.

Hope this is their norm to process cashin.

Ha ha. :D I think the questions people had up that point were answered, i.e. what is going on with the discontinuation of the Instant Neteller, why don't they pay?, why is the site down? etc. These have been resolved - these problems were occurring because of the change-over. This is what I meant by "your questions will be answered". I knew the answer; I just couldn't say what it was.

Of course after the fact, there are more questions. Some of these I've tried to answer to the best of my knowledge. Some of you have answered them yourselves. The lack of notification emails may be because you had a zero balance in your account. I'm checking on this as I type. Yes, they have been assimilated into the Casino Action Group, but Adriches is still handling their affiliates.

Whenever there are changes, there are going to be hiccups and little glitches. This is to be expected. There are also going to be issues that the operators did not foresee which can cause problems. So far, I don't see anything majorly wrong happening. So far, it seems that the migration is going over well. Give them a chance to take care of the loose ends, and I'm sure we'll all be happy campers.

Instant Neteller Is it coming back?

We are still in discussion with Neteller, however at this state it is unlikely to return in the short-term.

As a result all Instant Neteller marketing material has been removed from adriches and redirected to advertising that does not mention Instant Payments. Please be sure to check the banners farm for our updated selection.
 
I hate when sites lie to my face. What discussions with Neteller? There is no reason that they cannot offer instant cashouts if they desire. I've read the Neteller agreement, there is nothing there preventing them from doing this. It's well known that other casino's offer instant cashouts. Their new software may prevent it but I think it's BS to try to pass the blame off onto Neteller.

And reversing all pending cashouts because of this move is BS also. Like many others, when I took advantage of their bonus offer last weekend I did it under the assumption that they still had instant withdrawl. They pulled the bait and switch with that and I had to wait "48 hours" for my cashout request. Several DAYS later and now they have reversed it and I have to start the whole process over again? Well....48 hours won't mean anything to you if you get more familiar with other stools. Surely this change might have caused the mess, but I think in the end, it became nothing and I congratulate for the change!

I would just email the support address; [email protected] I never 'reply' to their emails because sometimes they use different addresses and sometimes addresses that are for outgoing mail only, I just send out a mail to [email protected]. As far as the username, the old ones will not work. Microgaming uses a different username system. The following is quoted from the email I received from Phoenician:

STEP 1 Make sure you DOWNLOAD the NEW Software Upgrade

STEP 2 Log in using your new Login ID Phcrxxxxxxxx and use
your existing password.

STEP 3 Play our Fantastic New Games

My Nostalgia account changed to Nosrxxxxxxxx Just like all other MG casinos the first 4 letters identify the casino on the system. You should have gotten an email informing you of this. The passwords stay the same.

Thanks for the suggestions Black21jack but that didn't work either. Moreover I got the following message:

"The Casino has refused to log you on. Your user Account on the Casino has been blocked"

I'm just going to be passing completely on this NEW Phoenician as well as the NEW Nostalgia. Have a good one.
