Percentage Tracking Mode Bonus System (Microgaming) Scam ?!

Hi Folks ,


i just deposited 200 to a Microgaming Casino namely Casino Epoca ( after i found it on beatingbonuses ).

So i received a 100 % bonus match - wich gave me another 200 and i had a total of 400 Euros.

I started playing and managed to book some good slot wins and since i ve wagered quite a lot i checked my balance to see how much of the 200 bonus is allready cleared
(i expected it to go down in steps of 10 € like at other microgaming casinos ).


To my surprise my balance totalling 1667 € now constisted 833 € cash balance + 833 bonus balance

I thought i accepted a 200 € bonus ?!

I found the part where it says :

"For Players on the Percentage Tracking Mode Bonus System the following Play-Through Requirements will apply. Please see the contributing percentages below for the rules on fulfilling the wagering requirements. The percentage of your bonus balance in relation to your cash balance will determine the wagering percentage.

For example, a deposit of 100 credits will qualify you for a bonus of 100 credits resulting in a total of 200 credits in your casino account balance, 50% in the cash balance, and 50% in the bonus balance. Thus, until the wagering requirements are met, the money wagered on the games will come to 50% of your cash balance, and 50% of the bonus balance.

Winnings accrued will be allocated in the same manner (50% to your bonus balance and 50% to your cash balance). NB! Any bet with your money before a bonus credit has been claimed will result in skewing the proportions money / bonuses, since the proportions are calculated from the amount in your cash balance at the credit of the Welcome Bonus."


What does this mean ? So if i for example win 100k on a jackpot slot i ve won 50k in bonus money ??? How the hell should i ever be able to make a withdrawal/clear the wagering requirements with that rule ?
For me it looks like i can only lose with this system, a cashout wont happen !

Sorry if this has been discussed somewhere yet ( please point me there! ) and sorry if i need an explanation wich is obvious for som1 else.
Right now im just super confused and probably steaming since i allready was happy about my potential win wich now seems to be nowhere to be ever received ....

Your wagering will only be on $200 , some other microgaming sites make it alot clearer by the bonus balance gradually reducing as the WR is met.

I had a similar experience at Golden Riviera where my bonus balance was always 50% of my total bankroll until i met my WR and it then all became cash.

I think i found out how much left i had to wager by going into my loyalty points statement details and adding up how much was spent on each session and taking this of the WR total, im sure some people here will know of a quicker way ... maybe live chat.

This seems to be an undocumented BelleRock casino, probably a white label. BelleRock implemented this weird variant of MGS Clearplay a while back. As soon as the WR is met, the whole bonus balance becomes cash in one go, no matter how much is showing.

There is a roguish term. You are not allowed another sign up bonus within the group, but it does not say which group this is, nor name any other casinos in the group. Enforcement of this term would be unfair, as it is impossible to know which casinos are connected unless you are a pretty experienced player.


There is no PROOF this is a BelleRock white label, it just bears a number of peculiarities shared only by BelleRock, and at the bottom it is "Digimedia" and has a license from Malta.

Beatingbonuses is not a good site to use to choose a casino as they rate them according to the bonus, not how good they are at paying out any winnings.

i understand - phew , still a strange system , but good to know it all becomes cash after meeting the initial wagering requirements ..

after meeting the 10000 wagering requirement , my balance shows 390 ,

cashing out now - damn those slots at MG can be soooo tight
