How long is it ok to wait for a pending withdrawal before I should panic

It really depends on which casino you are playing at. If UKGC licensed casino it should be pretty quick. However, if they have yet to perform a KYC ( Know your Customer ) check, this could hold it up.

Likewise if you have triggered a Source of Wealth check, your withdrawal being processed is dependent on this being completed.

If you are playing at an offshore Non UK casino, then it depends entirely on the casino which you have chosen to play at.

When did you request and action your withdrawal and how long have you been waiting? Have you also been asked to provide documents to verify your account, or have you already done this?

I request withdrawal yesterday and they waited until today to ask for documents which I sent this morning.. does it really take 10 days or is this just a delay tactic from them .

Ok so they asked for docs today, not unheard of if an account gets flagged for KYC. Likely the KYC process may take a day or two, but you should not be unnecessarily worried.

All accounts need to be verified. But once done, should be good to go and very quick thereafter for all subsequent withdrawals.

Until that is, you get a source of wealth request...

That makes sense then why they have requested documents. They need to KYC you most definitely for an amount that size. You may also find you trigger a source of wealth check also.

They are licensed by the UKGC, so seriously no need to panic.

Two separate requests. Source of Wealth is normally based on how much you have deposited and not withdrawn.

It sounds like a standard KYC, which all players have to undergo. Once done though, you should not have to do so again.

A few hours usually wouldn't worry me, especially if it's crypto and the network is busy. Once it starts getting into the 24 to 48 hour range, that's when I'd check with support. Gamdom, Stake, and Rollbit all have occasional delays from time to time.

For a first withdrawal, I’d separate two things: the actual time since you sent the documents, and whether they’re giving you clear next steps.

A day or two after submitting KYC wouldn’t make me panic by itself. Ten days is where I’d want everything in writing: what documents are outstanding, whether anything failed review, and whether the withdrawal remains pending while checks are done. Vague “wait” replies are less useful than a specific requirement.

Well....how much are we panicking about? Are we talking in the $1k or higher? For this case expect long pending and processing times not including verification of personal documents. Most likely longer than 72hrs depending on your chosen casino.
