Payout problem with Bellerock again

After the fiasco last fall I was ready to give up, but Bellerock assured I would get paid in the future. I did get paid the money from last May, had some winning and played for months on them. Finally had to start depositing which unfortunately one of my bank debit cards works. After losing thousands, finally hit for $4000, ask for a check for $3250. Takes about a week to get to me. I deposit the check and now two weeks later my bank has sent it back to me and taken the funds out of my checking account. I cannot understand with all the players they have how they send back checks? Anyone else having problems with Bellerocke, i.e., Luckynugget, Riverbelle, Jackpot City?
 
No problems here. It may have been the size of the check set off 'red flags', the processor was investigated and the transaction denied (possibly crippling the processor?)

edit: I see the CSR hasn't been on since August 17th could be no email notifications of PM's as there haven't been other problems? Hope it all works out for you and soon.

I've cashed out from Gaming Club with no problems. It takes too long (about 2 weeks or so), but the checks have been good. I hope you can get the problem fixed.Good luck.
 
Bellerock Problem

My rep appears to be taking care of it. They are going to wire me the money along with another $7000 I won earlier this week. Really hope it works as after having to cash out to get the wire over $10,000. I was just playing off what was left in the accoutn at $25 a hand on Aces and Faces and look what happened.
 
Has anyone heard of getting a QuickTender account with Belle Rock? They are always sending me emails to create an account with QuickTender.

Still not resolved

Thanks everyone. Well I thought my problem was resolved, but know I am stuck in the address problem. Sent my documentation, however I don't use my home for casino mail as my wife does not appreciate all the junk mail that comes with it. Bellerocke has know this for years, not even sure why I had to send information again. I am hoping the Bellerock rep on this site can help as reviewing other post with the same problem he seems to have been able to resolve it.

To answer anothe post. I have used Quick Tender and there is nothing Quick about it. In fact I am waiting for funds from three days ago to hit it. I cashe out via them to ACH and it took a week, but at least I got paid.

Well as of this morning I have been told that my documentation had been accepted and that a wire transfer is on the way. It is a holiday in Gibraltar on Monday so will follow up on Tuesday to see if it actually happened.

Has anyone heard of getting a QuickTender account with Belle Rock? They are always sending me emails to create an account with QuickTender.

I've done this. It works fine at the Gaming Club. I would also suggest that the original poster use this method for future action at Belle Rock (although I realize that this doesn't help for the current situation).
