It really doesn't matter which casino you are dealing with anymore when it comes to payments via check.

Some interesting replies to request for update on status of my checks from 3 different microgaming groups. I always ask "please provide me with the EXACT DATE your outside processing company MAILED my check to me."

Responses:

"it was mailed on 14th of May, the same day your Grand Bay check was mailed"

(well I got the grand bay check on the 17th of May and I still havent recieved the Fortune Junction check) it has been 7 (mail delivery) days.)

their response "it can take up to 21 days for a check to reach you"

(WHAT? did they send that one pony express!)

Fortune Lounge responded"it was MAILED to you on the 16th"
Roxy Palace responded " it was definately MAILED out on the 14th

I GUESS MICROGAMING IS REALLY BRINGING BACK PONY EXPRESS TO DELIVER THEIR CHECKS.

All checks I have recently received were postmarked the same date they were CUT and they all took 3-4 days to reach me.

I guess I have STUPID written on my face.

If I don't receive these checks today, they are all lying about them being sent and all hell is going to break loose. They will be sorry I ever played at their casinos because I will ride their butts every minute of the day until I receive these checks that were "mailed to me a week ago".

I don't like getting the runaround!!!!! I am tired of them not being able to provide the exact date of ACTUAL payment. They should be getting notified by these processors via computer as each transaction is processed(completed) and then their accounting department should be notifying the players that "your check in the amount of xxxxxx was mailed to you on xxxxx"

Since these checks all have u.s. return addresses, they should reach us within 5 days at that maximum.

Been waiting too

Bodog approved my first one on 4/30...still waiting!! I have 3 checks coming to me. Checks take forever.

UPDATE ON MY LAST POST RE: CHECKS

Well I did receive one check today for $1000.00. It was dated 5/17 so none of the dates provided by the casinos that I reported in my first post were accurate. And since I received the check today 5/23, I was right in saying that I receive them within 5(postal delivery) days.

Anyone who was told the check was mailed and does not receive it within 5-6 days of the date it was supposedy mailed should push the casino for the EXACT DATE it was mailed. They need to be held accountable as it is OUR money they are dealing with. They have a fiduciary responsibility.

On top of that I had two checks for $1000.00 that were "in the mail". So now I don't know which casinos check this is and they aren't much help. As they say they aren't allowed to give out the name of their processors.

ONLY 1 CASINO WAS TRUTHFUL

I finally received one of the checks I mentioned in my original post.

It was from Fortune Lounge Group, it was mailed printed on, 5/17 not 5/16 and I received it on 5/25. It took 7 days from NEW YORK to reach me. That is not the norm, so it think it was probably not mailed on the 17th. (there is no date postmarked on the envelope)

As far as the Grand Privie Group and Roxy Palace, Still have not received those checks. THEY STILL SAY THE DATES MAILED ARE CORRECT.

Although now after numerous emails, Grand Privie Group no longer sounding so positive."we have forwarded this to our financial service for follow-up" That after I recieved and insulting email from support

Thank you for your patronage at the Grand Priv Group of Casinos.

As per my email to you yesterday, everything has been confirmed, the dates
and the address it was sent to is correct. You have been asked to be patient
as all other players do, but you surely do not want to. If this is the case our
customer service agents will have no choice but to have no correspondence with you
until the waiting period is up

Customer Support Grand Prive Group,

I find Mr. Grays email in poor taste. It is not my fault that he failed to read the previous emails sent to me by customer support. He failed to grasp what the circumstances of my inquiries were. It is also not my fault he does not understand how these checks are processed.

Mr Gray indicated that it may not be mailed from the The Bank of New York as was my Grand Bay Check. Both checks were mailed the same day, May 14th, according to your email.

I recieved the GrandBay check on May 17 or 18. The date on the check was May 14th.

Since they were mailed on the sameday I became concerned that it may be lost or perhaps not processed as you were advised by your check processing company.

I don't consider that to be impatient. I would be inpatient if I was complaining about the check not being processed and mailed as of yet.

But, since it has been mailed on the 14th of May and I still have not received it, there is cause for concern.

Mr. Gray states you don't know which processor issued my check. It may be coming from processor in Germany.

GRANDBAYS CHECK WAS processed by EPF, LTD Wiesbaden , Germany . It was an official check issued by The Bank of New York on behalf of EPF,LTD. It was mailed from New York state, usa. I tried to explain to Mr. Gray, I have never received a check that was mailed from overseas. All of the checks are mailed from within the U.S. The checks are not drawn on Foreign Banks.

Nathan Karls email dated May 22 indicates it should be processed by The Bank of New York.

Please note that the check was mailed out on the 14th of may via check regular The time expectancy of this check could take up t0 21 business days for you to receive the check.
Should the check be received before the time period,it was probably sent out with a different time or batch of checks submitted . The check should be processed from the Bank of New York.

Kind Regards,

Nathan Karl

Even Mr. Karls email makes no sence. He states the check was mailed on May 14,

but then says if I haven't received it , "It was probably sent out with a different time or batch of checks submitted."

If I do not receive this check on Tuesday, May 29 and you still refuse to contact the Paymnent Processor , I will phone the number on Granbays check stub and inquire myself. I am sure you would rather handle the matter yourselves

Under the circumstances, Mr Grays, email was unprofessional and uncalled for, and I am owed an apology
.

Thank you for your email,

I really really apologies on his behalf for any incorrect information that caused any mislead.

I have consulted with finance department this morning and I have received a feed back stating that there is a real delay from the bank side for processing the checks.

I have forwarded your email to the line supervisor for further investigation.

I apologies again for the inconvenience that may have caused.

Thank you for your support and understanding.

Lind regards,

UNBELIEVABLE, "there is a real delay from bank side for processing the checks"

How does that statement pertain to a check they contend was ALREADY PROCESSED AND MAILED!

Did the Bank print the check and never mail it, I doubt it. I venture to say it was never process and mailed as their emails continually advised me.

I still haven't received the check that GP told me was mailed on 5/1. I was told through email that I needed to wait 21 business days before they would stop payment and reissue. I've received other checks from them within 5 days of the cashout being processed so something is going on.

Anything is possible right now. I haven't had one in over a month, but my previous Grand Prive checks were received promptly. So something is definitely up and it is probably on the banking end. If it is a US bank then the possibility of problems is significant. Still though, they should be able to provide some more info on the nature of the holdup.

Grandprive checks

Actually Grand Privie advised both my Grandbay and fortune junction checks were mailed out on may 14, I received the Grandbay check on 5/18.

Haven't received fortune junctions. So I don't understand why they just continually keep telling me about delays, 21 days for check to be delivered, etc. when they said it was already mailed.

I am totally tired of this and I am DONE DONE DONE.

GRAND PRIVE-NO CHECK YET

per grand prive they are absolutely sure the check was mailed on 5/15. 15 DAYS LATER, NO CHECK.

They contend it was mailed from U.S. and the it could take 21 days to be delivered. ya right!

There only offer is to cancel it.

What a bunch of bull.

They might as well pull out of U.S. market as Roxy did.

The check they mailed me on 5/14 from same location took 3 days to reach me. Why would they possibly think USPS could take 21 days to deliver this one.
