Paste&Pay Problem

Well,

After doing business with Paste & Pay for a couple years and having

absolutely no problems (except for when the site was down) I have used the

same Visa all this time.

I tried 3 times yesterday and was declined by their "authorization system".

The fraud department connected with my bank called (auto call) asked for

verification that I did, in fact authorize such purchases. I did.

So, I called my bank today and told them I have been doing business with

this site for a few years with no problem.

I was informed that the "processing business" they are now using is located

in a country (she couldn't even pronounce) and they are a suspect country

for fraud.

She told me they would "open" the purchase ability for me ONE time for

today. Any and all future purchases will have to be handled in the same

manner.

Now what do I do?



The things a girl has to do to gamble! Sheesh!

I was getting the same message when trying paste and pay yesterday Weesie. But the Processor was having a technical error and the 4 attempts
I made never once were even presented to my bank. I get a text for any and all activity on my account including declines and reasoning for the decline. Also looking at my statement it shows nothing presented for processing on my account during that time. I was informed by Inetbet early this morning at approx. 2:30 a.m. CST that paste and pays system had went down but it was now fixed and working normally. I logged into paste and pay at that time and purchased a voucher without any problems. My statement shows processed from the UK on the paste and pay charge

Well, the UK part of your comment is good news to me! I may still hold out hope!

I just attempted purchasing vouchers at Paste and Pay and my transactions were declined also. Same reason. Declined by system authorization.

Same here... with the same card I have used for years. Damn, I literally only play one casino (3Dice) and now I can't deposit there :-( What is going on with P&P??

That message is an auto response because they are having technical issues. I was getting that message a few days ago then was informed they had the issue fixed so I tried them again and it has worked great up until today. My guess is it will be working again around 3 a.m. as they are in the office at that time judging by emails I have received from them
 
I'll just add that P&P didn't work for me either just a few minutes ago, same message ...blah blah system authorization blah blah...

I'm not too worried about using it if it comes back as I would never leave anything in there; right in<>right out and I would never even dream of using it as a withdrawal method if that's even possible.
 
The thing is, is if you are able to deposit INTO P and P , you may not be able to get the voucher code.

Why would you risk this?

I doubt there will be an issue actually redeeming the voucher code once you have it. I think once that part is issued it's a "done deal". I hope someone does post when they finally get it to work. I'm not touching it though until the situation gets cleared up. It worked fine for me last week, right up until it didn't. Fortunately it didn't affect my CC but I won't mess around with it until I know for sure it's gong to go through normally.

Yes, that is not a problem. At least not for me......or anyone that gets a

purchase confirmation email from them. It has the number in it and you

can use the number right from the email. I have done it many times.

We can get IN the site, secret2, it is just not getting approval from

everyones/anyones banks/cards.

Yes, that is the problem. The "authorization request" is being submitted through a different country than the UK, which is the actual processing country. The UK has always been fine.

The country that is requesting autho has been flagged for possible fraud.

There fore no one is getting approvals.
 
I was told the same thing about my bank declining the transaction. I called my bank, and after review of my account, they said they see no request for authorization (credit card transaction) at all. I don't know whats going on with P&P, however I won't use them again.
 
it looks like P&P them selves are honest and have found them selves in a predicament with a new processor
so lets hope it gets sorted out as before

by the way the same cc did work directly to the casino page :)

Well, I was able to get one voucher this morning, and then declined from that point on. Saturday I contacted customer service and I received this response today:

"Good Day


Your attempts to purchase vouchers have declined due to certain risk management procedures that the bank has in place.

Unfortunately there is nothing that we are able to do for this as it comes direct from the bank.

I can only suggest that if you own another card that you are able to use, to register those details and try again"

Not the response I was expecting. since Ive use several cards that all used to work, but now they do not.
 
I was just now able to purchase voucher using netspend. The problem with that route is the $1.99 fee to transfer money from my bank to netspend and then the foreign charge and transaction fee netspend charges for buying the voucher.

I didn't want to take a chance with trying a puchase straight from my bank which would have meant no fees.
 
I think this is the final stages of Paste & Pay's life and they are currently in Hospice at the moment.

Club World Casino just removed the voucher option off of their deposit methods.

Personally, I think someone there made a bad decision to use another processor probably with lower
fees and the processor was based out of a restricted country, thus setting off red flags to most
U.S. customers. (just speculation)

If CWC took the Pand P option away, then I think that they also understand that this option is soon to be a gonner, too.

All third party deposit options end in disaster.

Please do not ignore this fact peeps. I would not, repeat not deposit because you may lose your money.



So, here's a question for you:

IF Trump becomes the next POTUS, do you think he will legalize gambling in the USA? ;)
