Paradise Poker has been decertified by CAP, the affiliate message board.
This has not happened because Paradise itself has not been meeting it's obligations, but because it's parent company, Sporting Bet, has been failing to meet it's financial responsibilities big time.
Sporting Bet's sportsbook owes hundreds of affiliates wages and apparently will not be paying them. They also owned Casino Craze and Fast Poker. These properties, too, failed to meet their obligations before they closed.
Given such precedent, affiliates consider Paradise Poker a bad risk, even though so far there are no problems yet.
I don't know how a public company can show such disregard to it's financial responsibilities, perhaps they think people on the internet aren't actual people.
