pantasia rep? w.r. issue

so i deposit at pantasia and accept the sign up bonus. casino plays real smooth. slots very loose today. met cashout requirements easy. contact live support to confirm (as i always do) and to have a confirmation email sent stating i have met playthrough and all games can now be played. i am told all games can not be played. wtf? w.r. are met. what's the problem? i am told it is a slot only bonus. i again explain that the playthrough is met. i am told cant play all games. ok so what do i do? cashout then immediatly reverse it so i can play some v.p.? insane. can someone, perhaps a rep, clarify this please. i have never heard of not being able to play all games once wager requirements are met. thanx.........
 
For any issues, especially on withdrawals and wagering requirements, never never contact live support. Rival casinos just do not have competent customer support staff and I have encountered this to my detriment on at least 2 occasions. Get their managers and all is fixed.

Remember not to continue playing and insist on cashing out. The same thing happened to me last time and I ended up losing the lot because I was told that I had not met WRs though I had exceeded it by miles.
 
pantasia support also told me after i met my wr that my cashout was gonna be delayed for at least 5 days, needless to say the money was actually there the next day so i do believe they have incopetents working live chat
 
Did i read somewhere that Rival has a place where you can always check how much you have wagered or do you just call and ask?

The terms on ALL Rival bonuses are listed when you claim them
in the cashier. They are still there when you are playing the bonus.

**EDIT: As I understand, all games are permitted after wagering is complete.

There is no Pantasia/ Mayan rep here at CasinoMeister.
You should email support with the subject: "Megan please help"

Hi! Click the bonus you are playing in the cashier..
scroll to the bottom and it will say "You have met playthrough"
or "you have not met playthrough":thumbsup:

yes the terms are clearly visible but terribly written and at least one bonus has a math error. i agree with the fact that you believe all games are permitted after playthrough but their support has no clue and told me otherwise. that was the point of my thread.

I can not argue with that. Live chat is wrong too much these
days.. They used to have a nice core of informed Rival support people.
I always saw the same names in chat. I guess with the growth new
people have been added and they are not doing a great job..
All I can do is complain and hope for a change.:oops:
