WARNING - Palace of Chance does not pay out.

*** Help warn fellow gamers - Please re-post this to any/all online gaming forums!!! ***

I'm making this post in an effort to warn online gamers regarding Palace of Chance (POC's) non payment issues. I'm an avid online casino player, and I've been playing at online casinos for over 10 years and I've never experienced anything as bad as Palace of Chance. It started with a withdrawal I made back on Aug 1, 2011 for $1,030. I had made numerous deposits before being able to make my withdrawal with them. Ten business days after my withdrawal, my cashout was approved. Twenty business days later, they claimed to have processed my bank transfer and it's now 15 business days after that, and I still haven't received my money. The support at Palace of Chance won't return my emails, and their rep Marty Davis has not responded either.

Please be warned about this casino. They will take your money easily enough, but they will not payout, even when you meet all the criteria for a withdrawal. They will lie to you about the status of your withdrawal and ignore your emails. Their customer service is awful and their payout (lack of payout) process is absolutely dreadful.

Forums like this are important as they can give you an idea of reputable vs non-reputable casinos before you give them your hard earned money. This is why I felt I needed to post and warn potential players of the practices at Palace of Chance.

Do yourself the favor and avoid this casino at all costs. Palace of Chance does not honor their withdrawals! If you want a good casino experience and payouts in as little as 2-3 days, then play at AllSlots. I've had numerous withdrawals with them and their payouts are super-fast, their customer service is fantastic and the games are great too.

Do NOT play at Palace of Chance!!! Worst casino I've ever experienced!

Oh dear... and in all those 10 years you never researched Palace of (No) Chance? I can assure you, their reputation is widely known.

You may have a (slim) chance if you stick with it. Email them faithfully every week and ask about your withdrawal. Be polite. Sometimes they take a wild hair and pay people. Sometimes not.

Good luck.

Marty Davis no longer works for that group as a rep. I believe the person taking his place is Cindy Greco. I did find this e-mail for her on another site. Try contacting her.

Hope this helps.

For anything more than $500 they are unlikely to pay. If Marty has left its likely to be even worse. He did say in the past that w/ds are likely to be processed 30 business days after the date of request though.

Maybe the title thread might need to be changed from 'slow pay' to 'no pay'.

It still astounds me that casinos can even get away with this type of behaviour. Sure would be nice to see some sort of regulation put in to place one day.

It astounds me that they didn't even change their name and people are still playing there.

To the OP - good luck, but don't hold your breath.

Try to remain polite. Contact them weekly to inquire about the status of your withdrawal. Imply, but do not promise, that you are anxious to play again, but you need to wait for this payment first. Resist all temptation to play it back.

Don't bad-mouth them on forums. Just state you are having payment delays and ask for help.

Use the address LHofsdal gave you.

Search and see if there are any forums where they are trying yet again to "turn over a new leaf". Post there about payment delay.

I can't find the post, but I think one player finally managed to get their payment after about 2 years of asking for it from this group I believe.

Do some research on where you play. Try googling complaint with the casino name to see what pops up. Every casino will have grumblers about tight slots, take them with a grain of salt. Often the same players will be posting big wins as well. Read the complaints and see if they are valid and resolved.

Good place to start is avoiding all the Rogue Casinos on the CM list here.

Thanks to everone who's posted replies here. I have been contacted by the POC rep, so I hope they'll be able to help out with the process.

I guess I've just been lucky playing at many casinos over the years (mostly Microgaming) and not experiencing any payment issues from any of them. It seems I got too comfortable and let my gaurd down. I will absolutley make sure to research before I play any new casinos.

Thanks again to everyone. I will let you all know how it goes with the POC reps. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Until then, happy, safe gaming to you all.

I am waiting on a 300.00 cashout from POC after 30 days i still hadnt recieved my check i called them on feb 8th and they told me it had been sent out on feb7th and since it was late they did not charge me for the w/d and it should be here 5-6 buisness days. I have heard so many negative reviews so i will post again in a cple days when i get my check or dont get it. maybe they are trying to turn themselves around.

only 30 days? Boy are you lucky! IF you actually receive the check take the money and run! DO NOT waste your money depositing there. Palace of Chance and their nefarious associates keep telling their customers they are changing their ways (have been doing so for years). Steer clear of them. They may pay you this time, they may pay you the next time. But do a search and you'll see a pattern of players who have waited YEARS and some who are STILL waiting for payments.

If you want to play RTG there are much better groups to play at, they may not offer the "great" promos these rogues offer, BUT they pay! And I'll say it again, this is the reason the likes of Virtual remain in business...

this was a 150.00 free chip that i rolled over. so everything seems to be going good as the check should be here next week. i recieved this email today.

Yes i did do alot of research after i qualified for the payout and i really didnt expect to get paid. LUCKY ME:D

LUCKY YOU? Yikes . If you call waiting to get paid by a rogue like POC lucky, I don't want any of that luck :).

All kidding aside, if you DO get paid, do yourself a favor and not deposit at any rogue. You will most likely find yourself in a not so "lucky" position next time.

Well, at least you still have your sense of humor intact ...lol
Don't hold your breath mate ;)

i hear ya i have never deposited at any casino, and i never will i dont like them. only reason i played at poc was b/c i was bored and got a free chip, i do tend to get alot of free chip offers now, but i just mark them as spam. although i do belong to topbet and they have a casino but never played there. i just use the sportsbook. and they have payed me everytime, so if i ever did use my own money to play i would play there. But again casinos just arnt my thing. whether the check comes, and is good is all a bonus. like i said before i actually never expected to get paid from this casino as i have read nothing but bad reviews. But appreciate all the feedback.

Check was delivered today although it took about 45 days total from date of first request. they did pay me on a free chip bonus. if the check bounces ill let everyone know. just to let everyone know this was a sign-up 150 free with a cashout not to exceed 300. what i find weird is that i cleared the rollover exactly when i had 300 left playing the texas holdem poker and they didnt take back the 150 free chip and paid me the whole 300 without charging the processing fee either. which they said was because they ran over the 20days it says it will take to process the w/d.
