Question Palace of Chance Casino and Dreams Casino

I can see you're not new in here but I have no idea how come you don't know more about these casinos.

Dreams are one of those who just got a new name. Don't remember which one though.

Scroll to the bottom in here, and read all you can. If you're willing to wait a month or three to get paid they are fine. Just don't complain because they are slow paying. https://www.casinomeister.com/grey-zone-casinos/

Dreams used to be known as Cirrus Casino.

Both Dreams and Palace of Chance are owned by a crim who spent a few years in the slammer in the USA in the 90s for a real estate fraud scheme where he scammed people out of their homes. His casinos have ripped off countless people over the past decade. Every few years they employ some new marketing grunts to come up with a white wash claiming that they are on the straight and narrow. Inevitably they end up back where they started, a criminal enterprise.

So yeah, lovely place, great casinos, who cares if they built their business on the back of ripping people off for years? Who cares if they are owned by a guy who has gone to jail for stealing other people's money and who would fail any test of character required by any proper licensing jurisdiction in the world? Don't worry about the guy who went to Costa Rica to ask about his money and was beaten up by hired thugs working for the owner. Never mind if they take a month or more to pay you. Enjoy yourself.

Another recent complaint about the same group:
https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...-no-deposit-bonus-am-i-bumming.69648/?t=69648

Yet I really don't see that thread as a valid complaint though.

Even CM himself has said the rules clearly state no two free chips in a row. So I really can't see how it's a valid complaint from the beginning. If you can't be bothered to read the T&C's. Then maybe those players shouldn't be playing online. Reading the T&C's is a vital part to play online. If you don't read them or can't be be bothered to read them. Then the player should be expected to be burned honestly.

The only thing even remotely rogue about the chat was that the random wasn't going to be returned to the game. Yet I'm sure a complaint to Tawni or there complaints resolution department would fix that.

A timely warning, Zanzibar - the lamentable online gambling history of this group and its management should not be allowed to fade.

Cirrus in particular will be remembered by many unfortunate players who were its victims.

I'll let my disgust with the "players should expect to be burned" comment pass. Nothing really needs to be said there.

The rest of your statement completely ignores the fact that their systems could easily be programmed to deny the use of a free chip code when the player has not deposited since claiming their last one. Or they could simply not spam coupon codes to players who have not deposited since the last one. Come on, it is 2015 and any argument otherwise is ridiculous.

And now when we find that they abuse their own rules against players so they can steal progressive jackpot money, instead of reflecting on their obligation to do the right thing and put the money back, you think its ok because someone could complain here and shame them into doing what any honest casino would be doing anyway? Firstly, it is debatable that they would even do so and seeing as you think so highly of them, I encourage you to go ahead and try and I'll congratulate you if you are successful. Secondly it shows their true colours right there. They will try to get away with whatever they can, and now we have the curious situation of players sounding like Stockholm Syndrome sufferers standing up for their abusers.

They don't need a free pass or forgiveness. Had they not ripped off and abused so many players in the past they would not even exist today to run their casinos in their current shady way. They long ago gave up any right to enjoy the business of anyone with knowledge of what they have done in the past, and anyone who plays there knowing about the ownership and history is a fool who loses any right to complain about the way they operate. Therefore those of us who know this stuff have a responsibility to make sure it is not forgotten and people such as the OP here are fully aware of who they are giving their money and personal information to. Then they can make an informed decision.

VIRTUAL Group has Paid Me Every Penny I Won from Their Casinos (2013)

Has anyone had any bad or good experiences with Palace of Chance and Dreams casinos?
Dear Francy,

I have never had a problem with the Virtual Group. In 2013, I played mostly at Slots of Vegas, Palace of Chance, and Prism Casinos. I sent in
my documents as required and received every winning check I had coming--in about a month and a half. Sure, a month and a half may be considered a long time to get paid: But the important issue is I was PAID IN FULL by every Virtual Casino I played in and was fortunate to consistently win anywhere from $800 to $1000 or more from the VG casinos I played in.

During 2013, I was playing the Virtual Casinos on a fairly regular basis and won more than $6000 in a series of increments and never had a
problem collecting my winnings; furthermore, the Virtual Group never gave me cause to complain about their casinos not paying.

I really don't give a damn what other people have posted about the so-called "Evils of the Virtual Group." I won more than $6000 on
deposits that totaled about $3000- - and I have copies of the checks I received to prove it!

I haven't played any casino lately due to my efforts to pay off my bills. I can't speak for the integrity of the VG in the past two years
because I haven't played at any of their casinos lately. But you can be sure I will play at my favorite VG casinos, once I am completely
out of debt--regardless of the Nay Sayers.

GOOD NEWS: You have the advantage of qualifying for bonuses that are only offered to New Players. If you come across a "No Rules" or
"No Restrictions" bonus from a casino you trust--go for it! These types of Bonuses do not require that you play-through 30 times (or more)
the amount of your deposit (which invariably works to the advantage of the casino house.) Furthermore, the amount of a restrictive
bonus will be deducted from your total winnings; whereas, with a No Rules Bonus--you get to keep every dollar you won. : )

These No Rules or No Restrictions bonus offers don't last very long. As soon as a Casino determines that you have become a seasoned or
an experienced casino player, you will be barred from using their No Rules Bonuses in nearly all reputable casinos. The No Rules Bonus
offers is a "Carrot" to entice you to play at their casino. (There's nothing inherently wrong with this kind of casino sales "trick") In my opinion,
a No Rules Bonus is a great opportunity for a newbie to take home some extra winnings from the casino, that might not be otherwise
possible.

Always READ and follow the rules of any Bonus you are offered--which will minimize any problems you may encounter from any casino
refusing to make payments. Be advised, it is not uncommon to have to wait a month and a half to receive your winnings payment(s),
from my experience.

Finally, Whatever you decide--and please proceed at your own risk. GOOD LUCK, my friend.

P.S. Avoid Plenty Jackpot Casino. I won $700 at their casino, about a year and a half ago, and will never collect a penny from them.
Their Chat and Telephone agents are very polite and nice and make you believe you will receive your winnings eventually; however, it
is all a bunch of LIES. NOTE: I have never played at Dream Casino. Like you- - I am interested in other player's experiences- -
whether good or bad.

Once again: Good Luck!

well its his experience...

i also sometimes play at their casinos. i know about the long withdrawal times - everyone can read it, when registering. there was never a cent missing from my withdrawals and they always arrived earlier than stated.

at some casinos i am so far ahead that i got bonusbanned. thats the only thing that happened.

btw one casino of that group once accelerated a withdrawal on request. it hit my ewallet the very next day and it was a decent amount.

they had no max bet or wagering rules when i last looked into their bonus t & cs. the only thing is longer withdrawal times and no consecutive freechips. thats it.

i don´t know the owner of the operation personally and cannot tell anything about his past or attitude. i only can say that i always was treated respectfully and that they are relieable when we are doing business...

of course i understand that someone, who had issues with them in the past might feel anger however i myself can only mention very pleasant expierience.

i do not regret to play there.

Palace of Chance & Dream Casinos

Dear Midasman,

Success! Today I won at Palace of Chance and yes it will take a month or so to get the money. I think they offer a lot of worthwhile bonuses and if you are lucky (as I was) you win. I still have not had any good experiences with Dream Casino. I'll post if I do. I must say their customer service is very nice. If you go to their web site you can win free chips too!!

Mostly I play at Miami Club Casino. They don't have outrageous bonuses, but when you win you get your money (in $2000 increments) that start within a week or so. I've won several times and have always been happy with them. When you can give them a try!

Best of Luck!!

francy5

PS - I also won several hundred dollars with Plenty Jackpots in 2012 and despite numerous emails and Casinomeister's help never saw a cent. I pursued it for 2 years when all of a sudden my balance was wiped out and my records. They suck big time. Anyone that plays their group of casinos is just throwing away their money!!!

Thanks for all the info.

I am Laughing All The Way to the Bank!

That's fine!

Just don't expect anyone else to give a damn about what you're posting then ;)

It just goes to show you can't believe everything you read online, in print, etc.

You missed my point, obviously.

The Virtual casinos (I have played at and won numerous times and was paid my winnings without the slightest problem)
have really cleaned up their act and are trying their best to satisfy their customers/players, in spite of problems
they have had, due to poor management, greed and in years past.

Isn't fair casino play is what this forum is all about?

I rest my case.

Good Luck.

Palace of Chance & Dream Casinos

Update on my November posting:

In December I have won over $10,000 in slots at Palace of Chance. I received only 1 check at this point. I email them constantly and they say it takes them time because they only have 1 processor. So now I wait for the rest. I did however get banned from using bonuses too. They claimed I was a professional player. Now if the slots hit randomly how does that make me a professional????? Doesn't make sense at all. At Dreams I have won approximately $5000 in the first few days of playing. I was contacted by phone today by a VIP person named Bill who explained that I will get my money, but it will take time. He promises no bad practices. He will be in touch with me all the time and he will stay on top of my winnings. I make copies of everything just in case things disappear as I've read of others that this happened to. He sent me some bonuses I can use in an email he also sent. He seemed sincere, and I hope he is. So I don't have a problem winning at these casinos, but I fear it will a take over 6 months to collect my money. They also split your winnings if over $2000 into 2 checks each with their 10 business days to get approved and another 10 to be processed then probably another week until you get the check. I'm hoping for the best. Sad to say I am still waiting for the 2nd check of a $2500 win I had the end of Oct. I'll keep everyone in touch as to what happens. I'm hoping they are in the process of becoming an accredited casino. They have some great games.

Great win but I think it's sad that it is on a casino that are slowpaying. Your choice though and you knew this was going to happen.
Expect a couple of more months of waiting.

You still hope they become accredited? I can tell you that is never going to happen:p

They got out of the pit but the members of this forum would never ever allow them to be accredited. No chance!
The games you can find in casinos who pay within a week so that's no reason.

that is the thing...

when casinos offer those blasting high no rules bonusses. they have no wr - it´s only 1x playthrough. no max bet rule... no strings. all slots allowed - also those high variance happyslots like triple twister - the bankbusterslot i would call it sometimes.

if they would be starting processing as fast as casinos who do not offer those extremely player favouring bonusses ...

i do not think a billion dollar corporation would survive that for a long time. these are bonus offers intended to help players get some money back when the casino is hopelessly ahead. those bonusses are extremely generous. (i am banned for those bonusses at dreams btw and i can understand that from their pov - however i wont accept wr bonusses for rtg games to play).

Your disadvantage is that neteller and skrill do not offer service to your region. if you process payments and withdrawals using those ewallets also virtual group processing speeds up. cheque-payment is always a disadvantage and since they are paying into the us there might be some obstacles they have to take to send you your money.

processor capabilities to cashout to - the us - by cheque - might be difficult to establish and maintain and of course there will be limitations. if technically comparing it to internet connection that might be the acoustic-connecter from the 80s. thats not only the casinos fault but sistematic when establishing those channels for payments. cheques are... antique, anyway. all over the rest of this world. :)

i dont play rtg these days however if i feel the need i would always return to these casinos. decision from my experience. if you feel any need for questions or have a feeling in your stomach (i also sometimes get that when waiting for money -- don´t hesitate to contact their rep here. she is very nice and will provide status updates so you know at which stage the processing is). and yes i also made the experience that the dreams casino vip support is not bad. they improved a lot of support things when rebranding. i dont think they will risk their improving reputation by any purposely time extentions. still - they cannot be fast when offering those bonusses

hope you will have a great time spending that money on things you like.

i had a great trip from one of my withdrawals at slotsofvegas to visit a girlfriend from school and we spend a lot of it on naughty drinks and food in cologne.

Thanks so much for your email. You'll be glad to know that Dreams now pays your first win with a check, thereafter they give you other options like paying you through your debit card which will indeed (I was assured) speed up the payments. It's very interesting to hear the opinions and stories of other players and I appreciate you taking the time to write to me. I'll keep you advised. Thanks again.

Can I ask please, how much did you deposit at each of those casinos before winning?

And how exactly did you win so much?
(e.g. Which game(s), what bet sizes & what big wins did you get? And was it done with the help of a big bonus?)

Just curious how some people often seem to win these big amounts, while it never happens to the majority of us! :(

Thanks so much for your message. Yes, they are s...l...o...w in paying. I was told by a casino manager at Dreams that they now will be paying players directly through their debit cards which will speed up the payments. I look forward to it. I'll keep you advised. What other casinos do you play that pay in a week?

These threads remind me how happy I am I'm not American - in as so far as online gambling goes.
Not to answer for Tril, but non-Americans arent bound by the same constrictions and can enjoy same day (and same hour) withdrawals.
Others though who play RTG and say, independent slots, can point you to quick pay (quicker I should say) US-friendly sites

Palace of Chance & Dream Casinos

Since winning is done randomly in the slots I guess I was just lucky, really lucky. I play the 3 reel slots (Stars and Stripes, Bet On It, all of those in that group), I usually bet $1 or $5 X 3 or $3 and $15 total each spin. I've won from $800 to $2500 to one $5000+ (and in between). Palace of Chance wins were from 11/21 until 12/27 and Dreams wins were in the first couple of days I played in January. All times I played with a bonus of 200% to 350%. It sure was a surprise every time I won. I sat here with my mouth wide open unbelieving. I've never been so lucky. I won at Palace about 3 years ago and Dreams was the first time I played at it and then a couple days later. I guess I'll really believe it when I have the money in hand. My now VIP Manager at Dreams says they will be adding the option of putting your winnings back into your debit card, which will speed up the pay outs. That sounds great to me.

So if the above gives you an itch to try them again I wish you loads and loads of luck. I'll keep everyone in the loop as to when and how fast I receive my winnings. So far Palace is backed up to my $2500 win on 11/21. I received 1/2 and am now awaiting the 2nd half. They've approved my next win so I'm guessing I won't see that for about 6- 8 weeks and then there are a few more. I stopped playing at Chance until I get all my winnings otherwise I'll die before I get any new winnings at the rate they are paying out the ones I have. haha

Best of luck!

This is hopelessly twisted logic. How is the wagering requirement on a bonus relevant to the payout speed of a withdrawal? They are two entirely different things. I can assure you that the aim is not to "help players get some money back when the casino is hopelessly ahead"! That is mind boggling rationalisation on your part.

The only explanation is the one we know too well and that has been documented in this thread. They deliberately slow play in order to exploit players who cannot resist reversing their withdrawals during the several month long delays that they must wait to get paid. So they entice people with bonuses that are unsustainable for anyone running a legitimate casino, then make them sustainable by deliberately slow paying, encouraging players to reverse withdrawals, bonus banning anyone who wins, and denying payment to anyone they can by use of the terms and conditions. In some twisted way I almost grudgingly admire their sick business model.

And you are more than ok with this, to the point that you are on here imagining reasons that they give away these bonuses and conflating that with their unconscionable lack of payout speed. I have often wondered how such a cesspit of a business has managed to not only survive, but it would seem flourish, for so long. I need to look no further that your post. If it wasn't so sad it would be funny. As I said before, its classic Stockholm Syndrome.
