I'm being accused of chip dumping what I haven't done.
My account is locked, and I haven't got it open. I haven't done anything wrong and I have wrote everything to PAF & microgaming.

I got money on my PAF -account, but they won't give it to me for the reason " Our poker-soft has locked your account for chip dumping. All your money is locked"

I challenged one of my IRC-friend to omaha turbo, we played 4 games of 50€. I won 1 game, and lost the other 3.
He had somekind of similar poker nick as mine nick for a joke.

I didn't lose anything on purpose, but they're still accusing me of chip dumping, after I told the whole story. The game itself was a pretty normal turbo omaha. I played aggressive and fast. I asked PAF what is the reason of this chip dumping? They didn't show me any evidence. ("we will ask more questions from our poker-soft") I have also messaged to microgaming, but I got no answer.

After some more questions my money is still locked down in PAF, and the reason is poker chip dumping what I didin't do. What I can do?

The question is, how do they determine if someone is chip dumping.
I am sure it would be obvious if you would fold a hand when having a full house or 4OAK.
But if you are just waiting for a card and the chances it will come out are slim to none, sure it is normal to fold.
So unless they give you a very clear and valid explanation I find the accusation of chip dumping nonsense.

You could try and file a PAB via Casinomeister.

Good luck.

So it is basically illeagal to play poker, if you don't play by the book? You can't take any high risks with "stupid" playing style at all? I like to bluff alot, but never fold on sure winning hand.
How about if you're playing drunk, you're not thinking clearly.

How come it is illeagal to play with own unique style? I simply cannot understand this.

I didn't fold any good hands at all. I lost one game to a four of a kind. And I won 1 game out of 4. The first was straight against four of a kind.
Anyway I tried to play at my best, but it wasn't enough. I didn't thought I suck so much that they accuse me of losing on purpouse... From what I understand it is final. I'v asked many times for a reason, but got none...

I was accused of chip dumping once on 888 poker, to a player not even in my country! I didnt know them, they sent me the hand in question, I had tried a bluff and they re raised me so I folded it.

Totally normal play in poker half the game is bluffs! yet they insisted that i had chip dumped, was a cash game, but as i had built it all up free rolling they accused me of losing it on purpose to a player that could cash it out.

Needless to say me and many of my friends have never played on there since!

I think its crazy due to the very nature of poker to prove genuine chip dumping unless they can see its happening consistently but one hand was all they had a dispute with, yet they use it as a perfect excuse to close accounts and with hold funds, yet another rule casinos etc can bend to suit themselves!

I have played many years poker in same site, playing aggressive heads-ups. First time this happens.
What is even more odd... The player that did win me 3 times out of 4, lost all his money to betting and never got time to cash-out.
I also withdraw more cash to try win my loss back in roulette and lost all in that time. Then I withdraw more and win some in betting.

Now I can't get my betting winnings back.

It doesn't make any sense that I would lose money on purpose. We're still talking about under 200€.

Had a german lady who i didnt know in real life chip dump me 20 bucks over 5 hands in a row on a 2 handed table after she accidently called my all in tilt raise (one of many in a row lol) on the other cash table and insisted on giving it back to me, despite i had he better hand all in pre. Been grinding same cash tables for years on 888,Nice lady lol
u mentioned omoha turbo? some sites allow for lower rake on quicker games, which would benefit a chip dumper although it woukd be for literal pennies.

You said he had some kind of similar nick as yours for a joke?
Did he/you create a new account and play his/your first ever game on that site headsup, because maybe they are being paranoid since he has a similar nick and just so happened to join and play his first game headsup vs someone with a similar nickname? I guess money laundering could be attempted that way.

Does he live close by?

if youve withdrawn previously before from the account, then there isnt really any real logical point afaik for you to be chip dumping in a cash game or headsup sit n go other than to launder money. Unless you like giving away $$$.did you both join at the same time With similar nicks?

888 cs are pretty shit btw from my experience, had a few problems in the past myself as i used to play poker a lot there. Even have had to get on chat who were refusing to withdraw a friends lucky slot hit in order to get them to see sence once, since at the time i suggested the site to him and cs were being an ass when he tried to withdraw 800 after spending 300 with no bonus on slots, and he was getting pretty stressed at their shitty tactics and askng me what he had done wrong (which was nothing, lol)
Hope it gets sorted!

Edit. 888 dont deal with a third party(apart from me once, without knowing ) and as good as told CM here to do one when trying to help members who came here for help. Unfortunately.

We know from IRC, my nickname is same. Thought he didn't know the nick was same in poker. I have never seen him in real life, but we both live in same country. Anyway why the hell he would change nick to same-like if the purpose is losing money?
I have withdrawn over 100k in my life time. We both join with similar nicks, cos I challenged him to duel. 1 vs 1 omaha. Rake was around 10 bucks per round.

The first four words had me quite gripped

Lmao :)

Not yet m8, only canadian hungarian spanish and british ticked off the list so far :(
When she dumped me money it couldnt be more obvious though. 1v1 telling me to raise and that she would fold lol.
I was a gentleman and refused her offer on the 9 handed table in open chat for mucn time despite having just tilted about £200 on a £25 buy in table, but at the same time i had only 5 left in the account and very little other income and figured i could do with that 25 back (and recovered my roll with it :D )

Was one of those jack daniels + gambling moments

I also like bluff a lot but till it's only possible for me now to play poker online I feel like I'm loosing this essencial part
