So I opened a Paddy Power account. Deposited over £600 over the course of 3 days. Didn't win but expected to deposit again a week later. Well I got an email saying because I have an account with BetFair (cross accounts) closed in 2015 that I have been self excluded.
Fair enough but they are saying they aren't returning deposits and I argued well what if I had won? And they said they'd have given me my winnings if I had won. When I'm looking at their reviews and see that nope they confiscate winnings.
My question is, do they have the right not to return any deposits? Now I'm not kicking off the walls or anything about it. I'm just curious because it seems rather convenient for them and there's complaints suggesting they confiscate winnings in the same manner.
