Thanks Max, it's probably the most interesting read for the whole year.

A couple of notable complaints
- Casino claimed the player's winnings “did not exist” because they'd had to honour the player's original balance
from CasinoForMe with their own money. A Warning was issued.

- The MGA and software provider investigated, removed the original version of the game from play,
and ruled against the player. It did appear that the “technical issue” was real and per the Terms the winnings were legitimately denied.



Notice that the Roxy Palace complaints increased shortly before they were purchased by 32Red.
PABs are an indicator that the casino is not doing good financially.

I saw a fair few complaints about BGO casino.
