Hiya: As mentioned before, Las Vegas a few years ago disscused this in great detail. The sticking point was simple," How do we KNOW, that the person at the keyboard is of legal age to Gamble?" This is Seperate from, "How do we know if the person who opens the account is of legal age to gamble?"
It would be like a 22 year old, and his 20 year old brother walking into a real Casino. The 22 year old buys chips, shows his ID to the Dealer, and sits down to play. 1/2 hour later, the 20 year old brother tries to play. What happens? The delaer ask to see his ID, and he is turned away. If this exact same thing happened on the Internet, they could get away with it, as the ID is only checked at account creation.
Am I typing this, or is my 9 year old son typing it?........
I agree that someday it will happen in America, but not today, and not tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow.....
