Only machines in Casinos

I have noticed lot of those live roulette machines showing up but that was mainly when I went abroad to like Czech Republic , Prague.

I know in Denmark nothing much has changed still real live dealers. I don't see that changing at all. People comes for the entertainment and to see real live dealers and play the games.

I am surprised to hear you are actually stating that most live dealers have been replaced by machines in Germany?

My local Casinos have got mostly dealers. There are a couple of machines, but very few. Whenever I have gone in there most people are around the dealer tables.

I don't really understand why a casino would opt to go for machines over dealers etc, though. Defeats the object of going there surely? If I want to play machine roulette, I might as well fire up 32red or something than make the trip to the local and sit at the screen. The whole point of going to a casino is to socialise, interact with real chips and cards, have a drink, relax, have fun etc. You can't socialise with a machine.

There are a number of electronic terminals for roulette tied to a real roulette wheel and table at the casino I most frequently visit. It's rare for even three tables to be actually running at this point, and table stakes have increased.

Another casino uses a virtual dealer and cards for poker. Not only does this eliminate the need for a dealer, it eliminates players manipulating the cards in any way.
