Well People. I as some of you know. I am not a big fan of MicroGaming. But since everyone was winning off of slots I decided to try. (Meister I went thru your affiliate site to sign-up. So signup thru mines at Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) ) I deposited $100 and only betting $15 and won $300. So here's those screen shots (below). I then went to another slot and won $150 and cashouted out for $723.

tim5ny...the reason you couldn't up load your screenshots here is that they were gigantic files. I have a limit set at 100ks for attachments; your files were +700k. As soon as you learn Snagit (which I use as well BTW) this will be no problem.

I can't believe you played at Club Dice. You said they were a better Playtech alternative to Blackwidow and Grand Banks. I agree with you that these two are extremely slow to pay: I am wating for about $4,000 to cah in from them (just got $1,300 today), but at least you can cash their bonuses.
I was lured by your post on Black Widow, and went to Club Dice. I only played there once over a year ago and lost, and I only lose less than 10% of the time....I asked the online chat to add me again to their mailing list to get their juicy promotions, and he offered me $50 bonus for $100 deposit on the spot with 4 x(P+B) wagering. I accpeted without checking the T&C's. I was disappointed to find out you can never cash the bonus. It's just "play money". Sorry but I only play for real bonuses, not fake ones.....

Sorry you had a bad experience there worldtraveler, all mine have been good. They have consistently paid me in 5 days or less over 5 cashins spanning April thru June of this year. They never had any 'sticky' bonuses when I played, just high wagering (like 20x) 150% or 175% bonuses.

That has apparently changed according to your experience. I haven't played there since June, so I don't know for sure. All I know is when I played, I won big 5 out of 7 times and made back those loses 10 fold and always got paid quickly without any hassles or even an ID request the first couple of times.

I still stand by my post though until I experience otherwise there. Club Dice is a big thumbs up, Black Widow & Grand Banks big thumbs down. I don't trust them as far as I can throw my laptop.

Have you tried Golden Tiger? I personally think they are one of the best for several reasons.
1. when you play and earn loyalty points you can use them as soon as you accumulate 1000...any time you want to and the money is in your account in munites after you go to the loyalty site.
2. cashouts are done quickly & you can go to thier site & tell them where you want the money sent.
3. they have 5 casinos that you can play in that use the same loyalty program so where ever you play the points all go to one place. Another fave of mine is Bella Vegas. Both of them are viper software which i have a love/hate relationship with...I have gotten spoiled with the auto play and also the stats, but the programs run slower than the non-viper casinos and that drives me nuts sometimes. Anyway I have had great cash outs at both but still try others & always seem to be disappointed. Oh yeah, Golden Tiger will give you 2000 (which is $20) in additional points on Monday if you deposit a total of $200 over the weekend. So its kind of nice having those points there in addition to the points you earned. I have actually had up to $90 to play with on a monday.

This is the kind of crap that scares the hell out of people & ruins casino business. ProcCyber can do what ever the hell they want to and if they screw you, too bad because they sure as hell wont answer you if you have any questions. This makes my frickin blood BOIL! I mean we are not talking about buying $1 lottery tickets, we spend THOUSANDS of our dollars which pay thier saleries and we are treated like crap! We are lead to believe that shitty customer service EVERY WHERE in this industry is due to them being sick of dealing with fraudulent players, well not EVERY ONE is a cheat!
I was shocked at the times I have had to deal with problems because I went in with the assumption that I was valuable to them therefore they would go out of their way to help me. Well thats the way it is in Vegas, they stumble over themselves to do anything to make it pleasent for anyone, so that we will spend our money. But online, its like they look at us like were are just a bunch of suckers, and if we make waves, were locked out, black listed, end of story. I know there are a few good ones but I have seen so many unresolved issues here and I want to say I am one of the victems and dont want anyone to think my issue was resolved. My issue with ProCyber was swept under thier rug and I was told that until I provide them with a bank statement, they cant help me. All I wanted was a list of what they charged me for and a list of what casinos MY money went to. Why would I give them my bank statement? so they could change numbers to match thier charges & cover thier asses? I mean what other reason would they need MY bank statement for? If it was a few $100 I wouldnt have wigged so bad. But that month there were about $15,000 worth of charges. About $3000 or more are unaccounted for to this day. You will also notice that the companies who give a crap will come here and at least try to defend themselves, not arrogent ProcCyber, and why should they when we cant do crap about it right?

I'll give them my money. You drop your money in a machine/place a bet on a table and if you lose, you lose, and they don't have access to your accounts to steal your money.

Jinnia, I did call them 3 different times. The first 2 told me to email them with my situation and information and I did & never got a response and the last one tried to do the same until I said "NO, I want a HUMAN voice". He then explained to me that they could not help me until I had my bank send them a copy of my bank statement as I stated above. I gave up.

I play mostly VP and slots. I find BJ a bit boring unless it's for real.

These new slots are really nice. It makes their other ones look like doo doo. The bonus rounds are great; I've cleaned up there. Before they launched these, their other slots had some pretty flacid bonus rounds. Sometimes I'd win a whole 12 coins (whoopee). But these new games' bonus rounds seem to pay out real well. We have been going to the Monte Carlo Resort for years now & they treat us like royalty. No, no one contacted me from ProcCyber. Someone from River Belle contaced me though and offered me a copy of my purchases to that casino, but my issue is not with the casino, I can easily look on my cash check records to see my purchases which I did. Just to recap...I played at 3 different casinos which cash checks totaled around 12K. Yet when I added the totals withdrawn from my bank account it came to 15K. In order for me to figure out where the missing 3K is, I needed to know what ProcCyber charged me for & to which casinos. It would be easy to figure out if they just gave me a statement that I could compare to my cash check & bank statement. I never keep up with how much money I spend, which is my fault. But when I went out of town for a week I noticed on my bank statement when I got back that charges had been made on the ALL of the dates I was gone. This is what made me start looking into this.
I appreciate your help & would love to know if it is possible to get that statement.

Jpm, I was never a big fan of playtech until recently and although I have not had any cashouts, I have gotten some really good wins from nickels on the nine liners! When I have only around $20 in my prepaid atm I like to play there. The other day I went from $6 to $280 or around that, it was crazy! It was when I started playing for quarters on the nine liners was when I lost it all...ohhh the greed! I am trying so hard not to play until we get back from vegas. I won $200 on jetset on Monday playing quarters with only a $20 weekend bonus. Golden Tiger gives you $20 on monday if your deposits over the weekend total $200 or over. So on monday I went in with no expectations but figured quarters would get me some fun game time. I won The $200 and then won $62.50 on high five by getting the 5 symbol & two 7's. Ya gotta love that on a freebie! I am starting to wonder if its worth making big bets when I am winning so much on the little ones. But greed always gets me.
