First of if i posted this in the wrong section of the forum then i apollogise and admins please move it to the apropriate section.

I have a question since there are allot og industry people on this forum. Casino reps/affillates/devs

With the rise in cryptocurrency we have seen some casino accept bitcoin as payment. Im invested in a few crypto currencies and have made some nice proffits from trading between them. And because of this i keep up with news etc relating to this.

I the spotted this new token named FUN company is funfair( just google it, not sure if link is ok) this company has a plan of lisensing their games and system (run on the fun token) to operators. They have applied for a gaming liscense in malta/uk etc and are attending ICE this year. Have any of you heard of this? And is there a market for it?

I've heard as much as you - just what I read online.
I started dabbling in cryptos a month ago - and Fun was one of the ones I bought... three times!
My investment reached x3 briefly, but they've slipped back a bit this week :(

I will probably be popping in to ICE for a couple of hours - so if they are there I will have to see what I can find out...

I have invested in FUN tokens (about 10000 so far) at a low low price hoping that it will take off one day. I think that day is some way off though as the token has been (or soon will be) delisted from the Bittrex exchange. This may be because it is a US exchange and they don't want issue with US gambling legislation concerns. There are few other cryptocurrency gaming/gambling platforms out there too but I have decided mainly to invest in Funfair although this is partially out of interest in perhaps developing some kind of game in future. From a career perspective I am trying to get a handle on blockchain technology in general but it would be great if I could actually write slots myself on their platform - or work at a place that does the same.
It is a BIG gamble though (as is the case with most crypto) but I personally believe that the technology is going nowhere and that given time it will gain mainstream acceptance. If you do decide to invest really do your research about the credibility of the technology and application. There are a multitude of new ICO and cryptos and I would bet my left leg that the majority are pipe dreams or flat out scams.
I would love to hear more about this though if anyone gets any more info from casino/gaming related conferences and news channels.

So Skrill have implemented a Cryptocurrency Exchange feature which allows the conversion of four different types instantly!

An interesting tool, if a little soured by the exchange rate of 3% per transaction :eek2: while Euros & U.S Dollars carry just 1.5%

Worth a gander for all the budding Trumps out there, even though they state at present no additional verification is needed to perform these.

Should also make for some terse SoW questions from casinos for when player x states that they "just made a killing off the Cryptocurrency Market"
