Can anybody help answer my question .Why is it that the companys that sell casino software dont deal with the casinos that dont run them properly.Example rival software lets a bunch of casinos run that shouldn't be.They have nobody answering here phones and online chat doesnt work but yet you still can deposit money[i deposited in there ,im stupid] and theres countless of them operating like this. One good thing is i see Casinomeister puts warnings beside the casinos on the net that are rogued but some arent ,Casinomeister can you put warnings on all bad casino sites online at the source. You seem to be one of the only ones doing it cause the software companys sure arent regulating it.Anyways the more you know about some online casinos the scarier it gets.I also emailed rival about these casinos and no reply.

If the software provider becomes sure that the product he supplies is being misused then he is liable. As for those software providers that don't think they are responsible or don't want the responsibility; their time will come.
Casinomeister can you put warnings on all bad casino sites online at the source..
I am unsure exactly what you are asking. If your question is; "Why aren't all online casinos listed here?" There are many answers to this, one being that it's too much work to do it for all online casinos.

Whilst I understand your question and agree it is a problem that SOME software providers are more intrested in selling their off the shelf packages to anyone and everyone that can write a small cheque without much due diligance. What really puzzles me about many members here though is that they feel the need to take chances with any operation that isnt accredited here.

I have been away from the forum for a while but reading through and catching up on the 6 months or so of posts I missed time and again I see people depositing with either unknown or insome cases well publicised rogue operations and then seeming suprised and agrieved when things dont work out.

There are surely enough Casinomeister accredited outlets to choose from offering a variety of game/software choices for anyones appetite.

I play at 32RED BET365 Betfred and Paddy Power, all well established brands with a top notch reputation. I have never had any problems with any of them and would never consider a deposit at any casino that had anything less than a tarnish free reputation.

I guess what I am trying to say is there are enough "good" kids on the block without taking a chance by mixing with a "bad/unknown" crowd.

Still don't quite get why anyone does it ....Is it ther lure of huge bonuses??

Let the depositer beware......good luck to all in 2011

I guess after selling the software company won't have any authority regarding this, so they can't do anything about that but if any company is giving their software to one of his client on lease then surely they can do something about it, But again it's all up to Operator how they run it.

The simple answer is $$$$MONEY$$$$.... If somebody requires the Software and is able to purchase it, then the Manufacturer is willing to make a sale.

I cannot Fault Microgaming, but Real Time Gaming is the worst of the lot. I am almost certain (between MG and RTG) that the most Rogue Operations are from the RTG Software stable. There are other software providers like Topgame and Rival - who are worse than RTG, if not equal in the amount of unsavoury operations.

Maybe MG has other conditions that have to be met (like start up capital) but there are much LESS Rogue operations at MG than at RTG. To be quite frank, there may be VERY few within the Microgaming stable.

RTG has questionable conditions that must be met if most of their operators are rogue or are going broke. Money Talks, Bullshit walks.

Regulaing their licencees strictly and effectively?

Hi all I’m sort of new in that this is my first post, but for years I have been watching the industry, keeping myself informed etc. I have actually been playing for since around 1996.
I am now working on my own website and the one thing that I can’t get facts on is something that I read here at Casinomesiter. In regards to Microgaming and Cryptologic Casinomestiers says they "are well known for regulating their license strictly and effectively"

I personally would like to know the following:
1. What exactly are their restrictions? I have written to these software suppliers and they answer saying they cannot divulge that Info.

2. If they do have these restrictions? How and are they regulated and most importantly what are the ramifications should their casino clients not follow these restrictions set forth in their licensing agreements.

3. Can they, will they, or have they ever pulled a clients licensing from an online casino for clear violations of that license agreement?
Well I can honestly say they are not telling that either...I’ve written to several software companies and their response is basically that it is none of our business.

I beg to differ, If I have a taco recipe and I gave you a contract to reproduce it and sell it using my name and you take the taco sauce out, we will dance!

I don’t think it’s too much to ask of these companies to disclose the basics to the end users. We the players are the end user I feel we have a right to know if their clients can add cyanide in my taco as they choose.

I’ve pretty much beaten up all paths and could use some assistance in this, anybody have any ideas for me.
In closing I would like to say that Casinomeister is my hero, god i couldn’t afford the aspirin I’d have to invest in over these years doing this research. My hats off to you Sir!
