Just in case anyone else is confused the OP means this image:

I think its because wild boar is delicious!

Goodness. I miss GOOD bacon. And Maple Syrup.

In all serious though- most of the images on this forum seem to be in a style like you'd see on playing or tarot cards.

Its just a guess- but maybe that's got something to do with it! It certainly seems in that same art style.

Boar = Rogue
Dog = protector and defender of what is good

I never thought it might be old Yeller, but more power too him.

The images throughout the site are derived from German "Schafkopf" cards. Very cool and looking at them makes you want to drink Bavarian beer.

Personally I think all the graphics on the site should be changed to tiki heads. It would make me feel like I was on a holiday.

That's a good idea. When I get some free time I can slap together a "tiki" style for the forum. Remind me in June
