Odds on bug in Blackjack

Hi Pokeraddict,

Whenever the dealer's up-card is an Ace, the player has the option of taking insurance for half the amount of the bet.

If the dealer does have a 10 ranking card, the player is immediately paid 2-to-1 on the insurance bet, but the original wager is lost unless the player too has a blackjack and pushes with the dealer. If the dealer does not have a natural blackjack, the rest of the hand is played out as usual, and you lose your insurance money.

If you eventually win the hand, you will get back your original bet plus the same amount in profit.

Hope this clears the situation up,

Also we will be contacting you via email, to explain, and rectify your concerns as you outlined them below in points 1, 2, and 3.

Thank You

Like I said this was my mistake a player should NEVER take insurance ever. If the bug is fixed thats fine I was not meaning this to bash your product. This issue doesnt affect whether I will use your product again and in my usual play I dont take insurance so its a non issue. I'm sorry it blew up into an odds on issue and not a software one. I will continue to play in your poker room. I just wanted to point out to your company what I encountered. I will not post on this thread again. Consider it closed.
