Hi. I have a question. In my country some of my favourite slots from providers like pragmatic play and nolimit city If I press spin and the symbols immidiately drop then its a win. If there is a very small delay after pressing the spin button there is never a win. Is this normal behaviour or is it best not to play these slots again? Also knowing the outcome before the symbols drop is not very exciting to me.. Thanks.

Not unusual, in the UK you can tell when a Netent is going to drop a win in or a html5 Microgaming due to the slight delay. I suppose because you're seeing a non-zero result from the RNG it renders the graphics specifically rather than any old combination for a losing spin?

Which casino(s)? From what I remember from october 2021, a spin duration for NL certified games is 3 seconds.

This is common amongst a few providers. Hacksaw slots are the same. Fast drop and it’s a win. A slight delay after spinning and it’s a loss.

I regularly play online video poker. The game I play will have a slight delay when I press draw when it’s going to be a win, otherwise the cards get dealt in what seems like milliseconds before I press draw. Unless it’s a delay caused by my internet connection. Lots of disappointment when this happens…

Thank you for the replies. In that case I'll continue to keep playing them. I don't know about the spin duration for NL certified games is 3 seconds but when I press spin it doesn't take that long. I play on goldruncasino.nl, hardrockcasino.nl, lucky7casino.nl and tonybet.nl just to name a few. It's reassuring to know this is a common thing and nothing unusual. Thank you.

Some years ago PnG had a very clear delay between the winning round and the losing round. Nowadays you can still see difference if you look carefully, but the delay has been fixed to be smaller

I've noticed this almost with all slots. Balance even updates as soon as you press the button for some titles. If you're asking which slots to avoid based on behavior, I think the answer is all slots have an outcome as soon as you bet, the delay or behavior is just player aesthetics.
