Odd BuzzLuck promo difference?

Hi,

I just had an odd happening at Buzzluck Casino.

I was trying to decide where I wanted to play and I haven't played here for a while.

Knowing I would probably not cash out, I noticed I had an "in-house" message in the casino "message center".

It was an offer of 85% depo bonus with a 20x playthru.

I tried to redeem it and it was unaccepted. So, I went back to the message to double check that I had copy and pasted correctly.

Sure enough, that's what it said. So, I tried it again.

Again, it did not work.

I opened live chat.

Talked to "Lewis" He checked it and said it was the wrong code.......... should have been xxxx75xxxx, not xxxx85xxxx

So, I asked how the promo in my "message center" could be incorrect. At the same time, going back to the message yet again

only to find it has been deleted.

I told "Lewis" this and he said:

But, it was still gone.............. I did NOT delete it.

I find this strange.

I mean it is only 10% difference, but why the strange response about it being taken down? by him? or anyone?

I would rather him be honest about the fact that it WAS there and say it was wrong than imply something else.

Thoughts anyone?

So, I haven't deposited yet. Still thinking about it.

I had the chat server send me a copy of the chat, for no special reason, just mulling it over still.

I'm kinda wishing I would have done a print screen of the message now.

I didn't remove it............ he says he didn't remove it.

just weird.
 
You sure it wasn't Florence doing a little house cleaning, LOL. I had to get that one out. LOL (smile)
 
Well, this is solved.

It seems I have a personal casino rep. and he sent the bonus to me. I logged in today and was going to play the free 15.00 that went out a few days ago.

I already had $20 in there. I checked the cashier, it said bonus claimed.

Didn't know what was up but, I checked in "in software" messages and My rep said he understood I tried to use the coupon he gave me and it did not work. So he comped me the $20.

And gave me a 100% extra deposit bonus too.

I didn't know I had a personal rep!

Cool beans!

(But, I guess it would help if the casinos know what the reps are giving out)
