Obama's speech at West Point

I give President Obama credit tonight for finally sounding like a noble commander in chief of the U.S.A. He spoke and sounded like a man of confidence and a man with pride.

Although he laid down a logical plan to deal with Afghanistan, all we could do now is hope it works.

He no doubt understands the danger Afghanistan poses for us and everyone else around the world. Let's just hope he sticks with this and gets something done.

I think during this speech to the cadets at West Point, I may have fell under the Obama speech spell.

After listening to a great deal of debate both left, and right, I think my comments above may have been just a reaction. My lame excuse for premature response may have been a result of also playing a poker tournament online during the entire speech.
