Anybody using nucharge to deposit at bodog? if you are don't. I just got an e-mail from bodog stating that nucharge is requesting a chargeback of 900.00from may 2, and may 3. 2anda half months later they are able to call bodog and request a chargeback without any explanation.

Therefore I now owe bodog 900.00 without any explanation.Whats funny is that I have been deposting from nucharge in the thousands since then, my account was up to date and then they are able to do this without any proof to bodog whatsoever, and of course my deposit history from the month of may has somehow disappeared online.

This operation makes click-2-pay seem honest.

Did these chargebacks get credited back to your credit or debit card? If not, then it sounds like Nucharge has pocketed that $900 (and possibly more that hasn't hit yet)?

Didn't you have an issue where funds were not credited so bodog wouldn't honor your wagers? Poor memory... was it nucharge? Or am I all wet:confused: Are these related?

Surely if the player confirms in writing these were valid charges, and they have been debited from their cards and never returned, Bodog has no liability to pay up, if Bodog has the money, how are Nucharge going to get it unless Bodog gives it up. They could just cut their agreement with Nucharge altogether.
The ONLY grounds Nucharge would have for a chageback off their own bat would be if they never received the funds from the player's card, and this would be obvious on the player's statements.
If they have resorted to a "disappearing act" over the transaction records for May, they clearly are not acting in an upfront & honest manner, and it rather looks like Bodog are getting screwed over, as two months is long enough for winning players to have been paid from these deposits, and there is no way Bodog can enforce recovery from players, especially those in the US - whose simple defence is to show they themselves don't have the money back, and that therefore Bodog are attempting extortion.

No, the irony is that I closed the account after bodog changed their policy and required that if you deposit with nucharge your winnings will be credited to nucharge. Problem was, nucharge kept on telling me that my withdrawels were being denied and I please check my account# and aba# to see if they were correct.Funny how they could take my deposits but not withdraw from my checking account.Hence I closed my account due to the fact that I would never get paid.

3 days later this happens.

Yes at one point they didnt pay bodog, but the money was credited to my account in nucharge. I had to pay bodog myself.

This is what shocked me. When I called bodog security I asked them if they didn't think it was a little strange that my account with nucharge was in good standing, that I had deposited in the thousands, then they call and state that 900.00 didn't go thru in may(E-CHECK). Ach transactions go thru within 2 days. How could they say I owe money after this length of time and more importantly how could bodog pay them my money back without an explanation? I find it unbelievable that a merchant can call up bodog request monies back without proof or an explanation.

Beware of Nucharge and Bodog

Just want you to know that Nucharge and Bodog are scammed me. I have been playing bodgo for couple of years now. Now I have major problems. Since I sign up with nucharge and didn't have a problems till last May. Nucharge have double charge my account more than once. When I look over my bank statement I have notice over charge 800 dollars but I realize it was just two (mine mistake). I email nucharge and they told me to send a bank statement to prove the double charge so I can get my credit back to my bank card. I have faxed, email, and phone them and they said they haven't get the fax and ask me to send them again. (phony excuse). I contacted my bank and they said that just tell them that I will deputed with the bank if they don't solve my issue or credit my money back soon. Couple days later I check my bank again to see if they done anything. Yep. They deposited it alright. It not $200 dollars. It $3200 dollars. That weird. I log in my nucharge and I went panic when I saw -1800 dollars in the account and my account is is frozen. I email them and they said my account frozen because I was theating them to depute the charges with the bank if they don't credit my account soon. They said they get rid of customer who depute with the bank. I ask them why is -1800 doing in the account and they said it just a display only. They said all of my transation will be credit back to my card. They said it three times and I copy all of my email. I don't know why they give me all of my money back. They said all of your transation will be reverse and wish me good luck. I left the money alone in the bank for a week and it still there. So I went ahead and paid my bills and play poker and casino at bodog using my debit card. Two months later I login to bodog and they have lock me out till the transation issue is resolves. They email me and want me to call them and to fix the problems with the transation. Bodog told me that I owe 967 dollars. I told them I'm not paying that money back. But they theating me it will go to the collection and my credit report. They told me that my nucharge account was negative and nucharge took 1000 dollars away from bodog and that what I was told. I told them why and I need to see proof. I told them Nucharge credit me back all my money and how in the world I was negative with nucharge. I told bodog that the negative was only a display and they have refunded my money. If I was negative then Nuchage wouldn't refund my money the first place. Bodog don't care what problems I have with Nucharge. They want me to take it up with Nuchage. So I talk to Nucharge and I demand proof and but told them I have email and they don't want to bother to read it or want it. They hang up on me about 5 times and don't want to be bother. I call bodog again and they explain that Nucharge didn't get paid from 4/25 to 5/07. I look at my bank account and told bodog that it was paid. I have to fight over the phone and finally bodog will take this up to E-com dept. I have heard from them yet but was told to wait a few days. Is this make any sense to you? I'm not giving up the fight. Please help me if you know anything. Thanks a bunch. CowboysTX :)

NuCharge

Thanks fCat. I'm just glad that I found someone who can related to this problems. I log in Nucharge and they made manual adjustment on my balance to 0.00. I'm still lock out on Bodog. I haven't made any contact to both of them. Bodog said that they will get back with me after they check it out with E-comm dept. I will call them on Monday as well if I don't hear from them by then. Just make sure you copy all email and write down the name of who you talk to. Bottom line is make a back up. Good luck. Will let you know soon.

TX, is bodog locking you out because nucharge instituted a chargeback to bodog? meaning you know owe bodog money that didn't go through in may from nucharge?

Bodog locked me out because I owe them money. I don't owe money to them. Bodog claim that Nucharge didn't get paid. I used credit card at Nucharge. All transation I made with Nucharge is paid. None of this make any sense. They said this because Nucharge gave me a refund due to double charge on my credit card. Nucharge told me that they will refund all my money I made with them and cut me off as a customer and wish me good luck. Two month later. Bodog's E-comm dept got email claiming My Nucharge account was neg. and force Bodog give them the money back. So I haven't heard from bodog yet. I will talk to them tomorrow.

hello.i can relate........i opened a nucharge acct 2&1/2 weeks ago..no problems at all......i am verified on my echeck......things were going well, until 3 days ago.........i cannot deposit using my echeck acct because it comes up with the message......"declined, nsf " which is absolutely untrue. i have more than enough money in my check acct...and the funny thing is, that nucharge is still pulling money out of my acct, with no problems at all. So I call, I send 6 different emails to support.......they open the tickets, and then they do not resolve the situation, and they close the tickets!! I am so pissed off.......they will not help me.....i cannot deposit.but they can take money out of my check acct???!!! What is going on here? How can we get helped, when we are ignored??? This was my only way of depositing money into bogdog.....i am at a loss.......sigh.......

go to netspend.com, and get an all access credit card from them.this works at bodog and all other rtg casinos.

Hey Sizesung: You might consider calling your bank and having stop payment for any further charges. Sounds like this bunch are really bad news and I would be freaked letting this operation into my account. To me it would be worth the expense at the bank.

These posts are all really scaring me. I just deposited at bodog (big mistake) with nucharge and bodog locked my account (see my post). However now they are crediting back my deposits to nucharge and im concerned that I will not be able to withdraw the funds now if they ever do get there.

Good luck!!! I closed my nucharge account for the same issues, plus they seemed incapable of withdrawing to my account, but were certainly able to take money out of it!!!

Bodog and Nucharge problems

I have a problems but don't know what to do now. I posted earlier about my situation about nucharge and bodog. I still haven't resolve the problems yet. I got a email from bodog saying I still owe -$969.03. and that is BS. I tried to explained to them by phone that I'm don't owe this money. They still have to prove that I owe this debt. They said they send it by email but that not good enough. They still didn't explain why. They explain that Nucharge charge back from my bodog account cuz I owe them money. That BS. I heard different story. One they said my bank took the money but I never report this to the bank. Then they said it a charge back from nucharge, What? BS. Then they said because I use the money to play poker from nucharge, Say that again? Three story and they can't keep it straight. Lying thought their teeth. I explain over and over again that Nucharge have refunded all the money I made with them. I have email to prove that. Every transactions I made with Nucharge is been paid. Matter of fact it paid by Credit Card. How can it send back from the bank? I send them a copy of the email nucharge sent me and they still won't resolve it. Now they want a bank statement but I don't trust them with my account number. I call nucharge and they said you have to talk to bodog. Bodog said the same thing talk to nucharge. Keep me chasing my own tail. Bodog said that if I don't pay they will turn it over to collection status and report to the credit bureau. I told them that if they do and don't resolved this soon I will take legal action and report this to a authority. I also warn Nucharge that I will take legal action if they report this to collection and credit bureau. Nucharge refuse to take any call from me. Bodog keep putting me on hold then say that person Ray I spoke to is not here. BS!! Just buying time. What can I do? If I report them will I get in trouble for gaming online? How can they report to the collection and credit bureau if they can't prove me the debt? Where can I get help? Thanks

That would be because pursuing this debt would land them in hot water!
It would be like the Mafia reporting one of their debtors to the authorities and credit bureaux:D
You will probably NOT get into trouble as a PLAYER, and you will probably be able to get back any money you deposited.
They are sh1t scarred that anything they say to you now may fall into the hands of the authorities, so are saying nothing.
There is something rather odd going on between NuCharge and BoDog, and I suspect NuCharge is an "arm's length" entity invented by BoDog to get money in from the USA, it is NOT a proper processor, and BoDog may not have properly vetted them. The various posts about this partnership point to something "dodgy" going on in order to keep BoDog operating within the USA. BoDog themselves don't seem all that confident about NuCharge, as they now want to credit everything back to them if deposits came in that way. This means players that use NuCharge have to be able to trust them as much as they trust BoDog, and the risk is that they may never see their money from NuCharge if this setup goes wrong.

Bodog and Nucharge

I might making some progress. Don't know yet. Both parties still speaking different story. Now Nucharge want a bank statement included my account number. Forget it. I can send it without my account number. But they refused. Of Course! I have told them what is it for and why. Nucharge say It was because of NSF. Geeezzz. Get the dam story straight. I charge it with my credit card. How can you bounce a e-check if I using a dam credit card. Then Nucharge said wait. OK. Here the problems. Bodog refunded the money to me and that why it a charge back and you owe bodog now.  HELLLLLOOOO!!! That a dumbest excused I ever heard. Now they blaming Bodog. Bodog didn't refunded the money to me. After I tried to solved the problem with Nucharge, they hung up on me. Nucharge is a JOKE. When I talk to bodog. I finally talk to Ray in the security dept. I still don't know why they wanted my bank statement too. He said if he can find a double charge on my bank statement from nucharge then he agree to wipe out the debt. (which I didn't owe the debt the first place) He agree that I cut out the account number and just send them the bank statement. No problem. Feel better don't have to give out my account number. I log in Nucharge account to check out my statement. Nucharge cut out the statement and change some of it. Make it show that there was no double charge on my account. BS. Just happen to know that I print out a copy of that statment long time ago to prove them wrong. Good thing I did that. Knew they will pull the fast one on me. Anyway. Bodog call me said that they want to know why nucharge charge me 1000 dollars and bodog had to paid them for neg. balance. Bodog don't see where it been NSF or returned by the bank cuz all they see is charges been paid by the bank. Big question mark for bodog and investaging nucharge right now and will let me know tomorrow what is going on. I hope for good news later on. :)

After I have already submitted the bank statement. Bodog see that there is no double charges on my bank statement. That is wrong. I told them that nucharge change my statement to make it look like is not a double charge. They said nucharge still claim those transation I owe them. They refunded the money back to me and they taken out of my bodog account. Was told to talk to nucharge to solved this. I call nucharge and they told me talk to bodog because my debt is with bodog. They claim they have nothing do to with it. Matter of fact I was told that nucharge sending a email to bodog that my account is in good standing. GOOD STANDING!!!! If I am in good standing then why nucharge claiming those charges. I call back to bodog again they said the collection dept is closed and call back tomorrow. COLLECTION? BS!!! I was told that it will go to credit report if this don't resolved soon. I told them go ahead. I told them if they do I will depute this and it will be report that there is illegal transation online gaming. They said no it won't, it all legal. Was told they haven't reported it but will do so. How can they? Was told talk to nucharge and nucharge said talk to bodog. It not going anywhere to solved this. No explaination why nucharge took the money from bodog. Nucharge making false stament to bodog. Bodog believe Nucharge over me.

I don't know what to do. I need help. Thanks
