Surely if the player confirms in writing these were valid charges, and they have been debited from their cards and never returned, Bodog has no liability to pay up, if Bodog has the money, how are Nucharge going to get it unless Bodog gives it up. They could just cut their agreement with Nucharge altogether.
The ONLY grounds Nucharge would have for a chageback off their own bat would be if they never received the funds from the player's card, and this would be obvious on the player's statements.
If they have resorted to a "disappearing act" over the transaction records for May, they clearly are not acting in an upfront & honest manner, and it rather looks like Bodog are getting screwed over, as two months is long enough for winning players to have been paid from these deposits, and there is no way Bodog can enforce recovery from players, especially those in the US - whose simple defence is to show they themselves don't have the money back, and that therefore Bodog are attempting extortion.

This is what shocked me. When I called bodog security I asked them if they didn't think it was a little strange that my account with nucharge was in good standing, that I had deposited in the thousands, then they call and state that 900.00 didn't go thru in may(E-CHECK). Ach transactions go thru within 2 days. How could they say I owe money after this length of time and more importantly how could bodog pay them my money back without an explanation? I find it unbelievable that a merchant can call up bodog request monies back without proof or an explanation.
