Hi guys,

I signed up to Novibet a few weeks ago but was denied a sign up bonus after I had made my deposit for it. I asked support why and I was told I had broke one of their terms:

"20. The offers of Novibet are intended for entertaining gaming and Novibet is solely committed to restricting the right of customers to participate in all or parts of the offer. All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, home address, IP address, e-mail address, phone number, same payment account (e.g., debit or credit card) and a computer shared, for example. Public Library or Work space. The Company reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion."

Now as far as I am aware I have not breached any of those things. I asked for clarification on which part of the term I had breached but was not given an answer. Just seems a bit weird to me as I can't find a link to anything myself. Pretty annoyed too as it was a large deposit for me but was a decent sign up bonus so I was keen to give it a go.

Anyone else had this issue?

Looks like they're saying there's more than one account at the IP address you signed up with. Do you share a flat etc or anyone else in the house that has an account?

Some casinos will allow more than one account in a house for example but only one welcome bonus across those two.

Try messaging https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/novibet-rep.44249/ - Novibet are a personal favourite of mine, so IMO they won't cause you unjust harm ;)

Hi cjwill1010,

Happy Monday, enjoy the week!

Can you please let me know-private or public-your Novibet username, in order to investigate internally the issue with all relevant departments and let you know as soon as possible.

Slightly disappointingly (as one of the plus points was not being able to do so) I see you guys have recently added a 'cancel withdrawal' function to accounts. Given this are you planning to add the corresponding Lock function to even things out? :)

Hey pinnit2014,

Hope you enjoyed your weekend.

Over the last couple of months we had lots of players requests, through our customer support, in order to input the ''cancel withdrawal'' option, so we had to re consider carefully. After all we always aim to upgrade our services, providing a smooth gaming experience :)

Be nice to have a 'lock withdrawal' then to keep both types happy...…

I'd forgotten I'd signed up at Novibet. But decided to make my first deposit yesterday.

Having read through the welcome bonus T&C it seemed that you needed to verify your account first.
So I emailed my documents, and waited for a reply. It took around 18 hours to get reply today, to say my account was verified.

So I made a deposit, no bonus was added. But the T&C say "Your bonus will be credited into your account within 24 hours from your first deposit. You may also claim your bonus in real time via our customer support team."
So I tried contacting live chat - Live chat is offline, and apparently under maintenance !!

So I sent an email to support, which is apparently available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2 hours later, I'm still waiting for a reply.

Edit:
Finally a reply. But only to say i need to specify whether I want the sports bonus or casino bonus.
Here's to another couple of hours waiting for another reply.

Edit: quicker reply this time, and we're off - my first spin, 30 hours after submitting documents

No wonder casinos and affiliates are constantly complaining about players signing up, making one deposit and never returning. If this is the kind of 'welcome' they get

Hey brianmon,

Hope you are doing well.

Please accept our apologies for any issue may occurred yesterday, however we had to be under maintenance for a few hours yesterday night. As you understand, due to heavy workload sometimes maintenance needs time and may affect user experience.
I can assure you we always are focus on the best user experience and magnificent promos in order to satisfy players :)

Great site. Had forgotten I signed up to Novibet TBH. Won 2k early last month, withdrawal approved same day, money in my bank next day. Just how it should be. Bye bye Trada.

Incase anyone didn't know: Novibet , after going from allowing no reversing to allowing it, now still give you the option to reverse but you can go into your account settings and 'disable' the ability to reverse:thumbsup:

I wish I'd seen this earlier after stupidly reversing my £500 withdrawal yesterday and subsequently blowing the lot.

I'm happy they now have this on their site. Reversing shouldn't be an option in this day & age. It causes so much disappointment, as was the case with me yesterday.
I'm not a problem gambler, but as long as the option to reverse is available, then the temptation is always there.

Rest assured, there will be no more reversing from me. Well done Novibet for enabling this.

I only found it by accident; there was certainly no communication about it: normally when casinos implement locks etc you hear about it from them etc.

Now for the second time in as many weeks, a Skrill deposit has not gone into my account, it resulting in Novibet having to look into it first before I am able to play.

Very disappointing, even more so that the last time it happened I was meant to be informed by email once resolved, but this never happened.

Let's see what happens this time, hey!

I wont mention that famous internet review site, but on it, Novibet get a really bad time of it, and I for the life of me don't understand why.

99% of the negative reviews on that site are from people who are simply feeling hard done by by hitting a losing run.
Now I know I don't have to tell anyone here that we all have days where it feels like the casino is against us. But as we also know, these days happen and are perfectly normal.........it's part & parcel!

I just don't understand people who feel the urge to rubbish a casino simply because they had a bad day, couple of days, or a week. I've had plenty of those, but I just sigh and move on.

I just feel I should say something as they really don't deserve it. Novibet have been nothing short of amazing towards me. A hell of a lot of other establishments should take a leaf outta their book.

Had a nice run at Novibet today with £8000 cash-out. Verification and withdrawal done within minutes with no messing around.

I'm surprised Novibet are not mentioned more on this site. Every game provider under the sun, free bonus drops with no wagering and they haven't interfered with RTP on any games yet either!
