Hey all!
Just a newbie wondering about your opinion on this one. I deposited $25 at Nostalgia casino and quickly got my balance up to $70. I then realized that I had a $30 bonus in my account which I accepted. I played for days on this money and eventually got my winnings up to $550. Wagering requirements were fulfilled and I decided to cash out. This was last week on the 25th.
I patiently waited the 48 hours hoping the reverse withdrawal option would go away so I would not be tempted. It was still there on the weekend and I ended up taking $150 in reverse withdrawal. I still have $400 withdrawal pending....still showing as available for reverse withdrawal in my account as of today, almost a week later.
The first time I spoke to an agent via online chat who kept assuring me that all was ok and to just wait. I asked him to manually flush the bonus and he said he couldn't. So on the weekend I speak to another agent who says that I have to email risk management. I ask why and he tells me he doesn't know and to email them. 7 emails later I received no response at all, so I decide to phone. I speak to an agent that assures me that the money is being sent to my credit card and to please be patient. I ask why it still shows as available for reverse withdrawal. He doesn't give me any straight answers and just tells me to wait it out. I also ask him why my account was sent to risk management in the first place. He says that my account info did not match my credit card info (impossible) but that they have cleared this up and all is ok now.
Should I be worried here....will I ever get this money? Any insight would be appreciated and thanks!
